He glued and nailed it. What's more, we wanted to remove kitchen tile first and many of the companies we talked to either wouldn't do it at all, or wanted to charge us a fortune. George was very reasonable with all of his pricing. All of the other installers wanted two weeks or more for the job. George promised us a week. It turned out he did it all in only four days! He brought in enough men, they worked really hard, and they put in long days. They were careful with our furniture, they were polite and respectful, and most importantly they did a beautiful job! As you can see, the floors turned out gorgeous. They started right away, worked hard and got it done quickly, did a wonderful job, were careful and polite, and were a reasonable price. We would heartily recommend them to anyone who is looking for hardwood floors!

He did an unacceptable job and cashed my check. He came back to fix some issues but could not fix all the issues on that visit He admitted his installation of my floor was not done right and promised to come back. He has made claims to some in his community where he rented that he was leaving to take care of his Dad. Shame on Mr. Lowrie his Dad passed away in 2016 in Pottstown. He is a a liar and a scammer. He has done this in the past according to reviews on the BBB. Beware this man. Pennsylvania customers might be safe from this contractor. Look out Texas. I am not special this man has taken advantage of people in the past and most certainly will again. I believe in Karma though so David Lowrie of Floors and More will not get away with taking advantage of people forever.

I guess he's an independent contractor that they contract to do jobs outside of NE Philly, where they mostly operate. We had a great experience for an install of a new hardwood flooring. The price was right, Pat was easily reachable and very responsive to all our questions/concerns. He did the job entirely by himself and impressed us with his skills and attention to detail. Our house is furnished so Pat had to install around our large pieces. He moved all the furniture himself from one side of the room to the other while installing. The entire job (800 sf of wood) took 3 1/2 days or so. If you're considering installation or refinishing (which I believe Pat also does) I would request his services.
