Shortly after I ordered our new baby was born, which means I was off work for 3 weeks. I then had to reschedule my jobs and and book back in the work. When I went to fit the new cartridges I could not remove the old ones, which meant I could not fit the new ones. I contacted Bella Bathrooms asking to be allowed to return the unused cartridge back for a refund and explained my circumstances which explained why I had gone over the 14 day returns period. I would have hoped they would of made an exception in this case and allowed the refund, but they refused. They explained they have a 14 day policy, which I get, but I would have expected some flexibility in this situation. It's a real shame as I am a returning customer to Bella Bathrooms. However, because of this issues and very poor customer service, I will no longer be using them.

To our amazement the showroom manager (Connie Fowler) mocks my partner for not being able to recall the surname of the individual who recommended the company. As the conversation progressed, so did Connie's attitude. After I had the audacity to ring up and complain about the appalling customer service, the owner then shows me exactly where it comes from. I was told any bad reviews would just be removed, then who I assume to be Richard Burns, hung up. An extremely bad experience and would not recommend anyone deal with this rude and obnoxious company.

I have purchased 2 bathroom suites from these guys and have to say the service a received was first class. The first was just a cheap bog standard bathroom suite that was well made and is still going to this day, the other was a spa bath, that I have to say has been fantastic and I have had no problems with it what so ever. The prices are very good and competitive and the service is very good I would def recommend this place to anyone in the hunt for a new bathroom or shower.
