I have purchased 2 bathroom suites from these guys and have to say the service a received was first class. The first was just a cheap bog standard bathroom suite that was well made and is still going to this day, the other was a spa bath, that I have to say has been fantastic and I have had no problems with it what so ever. The prices are very good and competitive and the service is very good I would def recommend this place to anyone in the hunt for a new bathroom or shower.

In all I would never recommend Apollo Bathrooms, they are very obliging at the beginning but could…read morenot care less when issues are pointed out to them, they will not reply to emails and eventually ignore you completely; their customer service is terrible, along with the workmanship. Apollo Bathrooms only want your money and refuse to acknowledge serious issues, calling them SNAGS. After pointing out 16 defects the owner's wife advised me that the bathroom was functioning and basically that should be sufficient and that the above issues were all SNAGS and could be rectified and demanded the final balance to be paid, which I withheld and thankfully I did. I do not see how faulty wall and floor tiles, a shower bar that is crooked, not horizontal, shower cubicle not vertical and damaged and many more flaws, would be classed as SNAGS. I cannot see how you can tile a whole bathroom without noticing faulty tiles. In all if I had not pointed out any of these issues that would be the way the owner/fitter would have left the job as he saw no issues at all and his wife believed they were just snags but had not visibly seen them for herself. Hold onto your money as when you hand any funds over to them they forget about you.
