Cistern is broken and cannot flush...and now he wants full call out charge to do. When I asked why didn't u tell me at the time of the job(next day) He says ..he didn't have time and now he will charge full call out charge...£75. Very disappointed as this guy looks at his interest first. Avoid him.

To make matters worse when I atttempted to rectify this with the company owner via telephone I was verbally abused and threatened if I did not pay the amount in full. A trully horrific experience, one I would not wish on anyone else. Stay well clear.
