Recommended by a relative,they made a decent job at a competetive price replacing my front…read morewindows.The house has internal wood lintels,so you have to be careful removing the old frames.Mark,did a good job.We decided to have the rear and side windows replaced as well as the french doors,unfortunately Mark was unavailable and instead two cowboys arrived.They removed the side window with a mash hammer.I suggested they use a pad saw to remove the four fischer screws that hold the frames in,but they just smashed the glass and again used a heavy hammer to smash the frames out.They removed the french doors and the original fixings were on show and just needed to be screwed out and then cut the plastic wallplug,but instead the cowboys cut through the frame and again used the mash hammer and jemmy damaging 6 bricks,and the headers dropped because of the abuse and stupidity of the so called fitters.They kindly gave me 4 packs of sealant and told me to seal the door frame after i had the bricks replaced and a lintel installed above the door.Gary from Gofor came, took photographs and said he would send a builder he knows,which he did,who suggested i remove the damaged bricks and he would put them back for the price of a drink.At no time did i get an apology or offer to repair there cock up and bad workmanship.Unfortunately my wife paid the bill and Gofor have not made any approach to repair and finish the job,so an aunt and a neighbour have decided to take their business elsewhere.Please do not go to this company if you want a decent job.Please note i have never seen a review before,which is strange.

My tenant gave them a glowing report and everything was done to perfection. Now a year later, the handle of the door developed a problem, I called them and was delighted when Mark said no problem we will go to the property and fix the door today as part of our guaranteed work policy!!! What a diamond this guy is, a tradesman with a work ethic that gladdens the heart, I cannot recommend this company highly enough, he will get all of my double glazing and door problems in the future, long may he stay in business.
