He misspelled one of our names and put the wrong address on our tax return, basic information that should absolutely be correct. When we asked to sit down with him for a few minutes to review everything and make sure it was accurate, he flat-out refused and became immediately nasty. At that point, we asked for our check back so we could have our taxes done elsewhere by someone who would actually give us the time of day. He told us he had already cashed it, so we asked him to write us a check. He did but then, as he was handing it to us, he pulled it back to make a copy. He then handed us the copy and sarcastically asked why we would need a copy of a check. When we said because he handed it to us, he responded, "Yeah, because I wanted to see how little you pay attention." It only got worse. He told us the only reason he agreed to do our taxes was because of who our family is, and that we couldn't possibly be related to them because we are "too stupid." When we reminded him that we were there because he made mistakes and that he should be apologizing instead of belittling us, he said "I don't apologize". Completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable behavior, especially from someone handling something as important as your taxes. There is a reason this firm has so many one-star reviews. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

He made multiple mistakes with my families information, he lost multiple files and would not accept that he lost it and said he was never given it, spelt my mothers name wrong even tho she verified it multiple times over the phone, and wrote the complete wrong address even though the correct one is on all of the paperwork he has so he is quite literally just the most incompetent person you could ever work with I mean a complete BAG of air. He refuses to do anything over email, he only does print outs because he's "too busy" for anything other than hardcopy but will lose all of your hard copy's anyways. If what you need from him isn't simple enough he will become extremely nasty to you because he doesn't have the mental capacity for anything slightly complicated. After my mother when to address this situation he verbally harassed her not accepting the fact that HE is the one at fault and although my mother handled it very politely his ego couldn't handle it. Sticking his FINGER in her face calling her vile names and belittling her in front of his entire office staff (who sat there with there heads down doing nothing to help her). He's not only rude, disgusting, and completely egotistical.. he is also genuinely incompetent and incapable of doing his own professional, do yourself a favor and NEVER step foot in this mans business.

After I mentioned living abroad, a question that they failed to ask and I had to mention. They at first said the estimated quote might be even higher than the current $800 quote for a W2 and a 1099-K! After days of waiting they emailed me back saying that "We are not going to be able to help you" AFTER they've TAKEN ALL of my personal and deeply sensitive information. This was confusing, as it is the first time I've ever been denied service by a business; without any explanation no less! I went in with such confidence, so it's been a huge bummer to have such a challenging experience, not only do I hope that my personal information has been deleted as per my request. It also puts me in a very difficult situation now of having to scramble to find another provider that can actually get the job done in a reasonable amount of time.
