Thank you Ragues law firm for being top notch.

After being hit by a car, I went to this law firm. These ambulance chasers sent me to get physical…read moretherapy and all sorts of needless procedures like getting an MRI. The whole time I was assured by Carmen Levine that this was going to be paid by the driver's insurance. LIES. Here I am years later and I'm still being hounded by collection agencies. All this place cares about is getting their commission for their service. They did absolutely NO research into my case. I found out my initial hospital bill from being struck by the car could have been covered by the state within 180 days of the accident. This I discovered a year later after going into debt. I'm not a lawyer; I found this by doing a simple internet search. I could have done it sooner myself but I actually listened and trusted her legal advice. IT CAN'T BE ANY CLEARER HOW INCOMPETANT, UNINTERESTED AND UNPROFESSIONAL THIS LAW FIRM IS. The settlement I got has long been consumed by the various medical bills I incurred by listening to Carmen Levine's legal advice. Had she bothered to contact the driver's insurance, she would've known I wasn't going to have any of my bills covered. After incurring all these bills, this place hung me out to dry. If you currently use their services, leave and get another law firm. If it's too late to change, DON'T SIGN any settlement agreement until you confirm your bills have been paid yourself. DON'T TAKE THEIR WORD FOR IT. ALL CARMEN CARES ABOUT IS HER COMMISSION. If you're searching for a law firm, go someplace else but here. This is probably the worst law firm out there.

This man has been nothing less than amazing. He has been more than a lawyer for me, this man has been my attorney, my confidant, an advocate, and even a therapist at times. I would trust this man with my child. Do not make the mistake of going with an attorney with less experience or one who might even be less expensive. When it comes to subjects like your freedom spare no expense. This is a fighter. The right man for the job.

No one thinks they are going to be in a position where they are going to need an attorney. I was in…read morethis same position when my significant other got into a situation and here I was scrambling for an attorney to help with his very extensive case. I called countless attorneys. The only one who showed just how much he cared about his clients was Alan. Alan went above and beyond for him. He was just processed and sent to county when I heard back from Alan. The first thing Alan stated was he was going up there to see what was going on and would let me know the outcome. All other attorneys were asking for payment upfront. Alan was very lenient and worked with us when it came to payment. Given the circumstances of the case, he went above and beyond what I feel any other attorney would have done. From the very first phone call he was on it and each day we received more and more good news to the point where now my significant other has been admitted into the PTI program which will help erase his mistake from being on his record. The only thing I can ever say is thank you to Alan because he truly cares about his clients and it is not about the money for him. He makes it known upfront that he is going to do everything he can for a positive outlook with your case. My guy was looking at 10 years for his offense and now it will be erased off his record once he completes the program. If this doesn't get you to believe you will have an amazing attorney, then I don't know what will. All the other attorneys are just after your money and trust me just by conversations with them they would not have gotten this case downgraded so much to where he is walking free and back working. Biggest thanks to you Alan for your hard work, dedication, and perseverance.
