When asked by a corporate State Farm rep today how Easley could gain my trust back. This is what I…read moresaid: Have Easley not be a total fraud and liar. he tripled my renters insurance premium in 3 months and then proceeds in telling me lie after lie after lie. Then I canceled and expected a refund. I contacted him several times and he assured me the policy had canceled and a check was issued on Feb 27, 2020. Lie. I contacted his office and they said it would be 7-10 business days. I thought the check had been cut? I then filed complaint with Texas dept Ins and today a State Farm corporate rep contacted me and told me they had just cut a check and I should be getting it shortly. I asked, I thought the check had been cut and mailed. She looked at the notes and said the original check was mailed to the wrong address. Funny. The only address I gave them was on my policy. I advised her not get caught up in his lies. I told her Andrew would not know the truth if it hit him in the face. I told her I know when people lie to me and now she was getting caught up in trying to cover for him. I told her it didn't look good on her either. All they do is lie. She said she thinks it was an isolated case. I told her as much lying as this guy has been doing it is not an isolated problem. We shall see if I get a check by next week. But, they do lie at tat agency. ALOT! I even called Easley a thief. He has stopped responding on email. Why? Because he has been caught in a fraud.

An auto claim, in 2018. We were t-boned by a bad driver in Omaha. Our Car was totaled…read more Liberty undervalued it, and when I challenged that our adjuster just disappeared. We got a new one, all of a sudden, who said we were going to have a reduction, because the car's interior was in poor condition. It was a work car, for customers to drive with us in. It was immaculate. The soil was because the tow people stuck the torn of fenders and bumper parts inside the car back seat! So we got it esclated. Then Liberty "discovered" not only that the car had been undervalued but that we had a special coverage which required them to comp us for a car one year newer (same make and model), with about half as many miles as we actually had! So we ended up with an extra $4400. But we had to fight and fight and fight. A home hail damage claim, from last winter 2018... a year ago. Took two dozen phone calls, and similar number of long emails, escalation to a manager. A nearly endless battle. Finally got the check yesterday, got an email at 9:32 PM, asking me to do something about the check. AWFUL CLAIMS SERVICE. YOU HAVE TO FIGHT THEM FOR EVERYTHING.

The underwritten insurance was good when I needed them after storm damage. They pay quickly. But my issue is with Herman and his staff. My policy premium went up an an astounding 300% with only a letter following up shortly up after my mortgage escrow sent the check. My bank got the word faster than I did. I called Gooseheads main number and advised to cancel and reshop for lower premiums. Another agent did call me back with a better premium out of Dallas. I asked him when I could receive my refund. He said in about 2 weeks. I called and Herman's office and spoke to a licensed agent named Brandi there, and she was supposed to follow up with me. I asked for the reason of the policy increase as well as how long I could expect a cancellation refund. She told me that it should be issued with 2 weeks. Well, I called the insurance directly, since my money isn't here. I never received any phone calls back. Cypress stated that even though the insurance told them to cancel the policy, I needed to submit directly from my email address. If you ever need to speak anyone at this Goosehead location, you will be on hold for over half an hour. I've select multiple hours trying to receive my check from escrow back at just under $8k! If you value your time and money, look elsewhere!
