And I'm so thankful that we are under Norton Children's Heart Institute's care and especially the care of Dr. Kim. You can read about the start of this journey in my previous review, but suffice it to say that the nurse practitioners and doctors here kept searching for answers even when test results weren't conclusive. And thankfully they did because we now have some answers and next steps. Dr. Kim sat down with me right after my son's procedure to talk about what he found, what this means going forward and even how I can talk to my son about this. This office also put in referrals for some other specialists, and less than 24 hours later, I have one already scheduled for tomorrow as well as a follow-up with Dr. Kim. I have confidence in the care here. I know we're in good hands.

My son had an appointment with him, and all they did was kept billing his insurance for unnecessary monitors that he did not need, instead of doing a CT Scan, etc. Then, after MONTHS of waiting for his appointment, they cancelled it. They didn't ask how he was feeling or if he needed to see the doctor again, all they did was cancel his appointment. I DO NOT, and I repeat DO NOT recommend him! It's hard to find a GOOD Cardiologist in Louisville. People with serious issues, and they will take their time seeing you! UNPROFESSIONAL and GHETTO, in my opinion!!!

When I tried to refill my monthly prescriptions, they were denied and I was told I needed to make an appointment to be seen. I did and upon arriving I was told that they had dropped me from care, thus my scripts were rejected. When I ask why, I was told I needed to talk to the office manager, I said great when can I see her? I was then told that the best that could be done was for me to call her, leave my name number and reason for calling, I suggested just a moment of her time while I was there and was told she was much to busy dealing with current patients, after all they take precedent over current patients. The sad fact is I like Dr. Lowney, I'm not real sure what went wrong.
