ZERO stars. I would be surprised if this "law" office remained in business much longer. Unethical,…read moreillegal and down right negligent. Al takes your money and gives you ZERO legal advice. Debbie, the resident paper pusher DOES NOT relay negotiating terms to the seller. We were buyers and knew our sellers. We had to work around to negotiate because all we got back from the "attorney" was NO. NO to everything almost killed the deal multiple times. Until the end when we found out that the sellers had a lien on their house. Debbie lied and legally signed off that there wasn't a lien. The house was not able to close because of the lien and my family is homeless. We found out the day of. No explanation, no apology, no empathy. Unfortunately when there is not an attorney working on your close things get missed. So hire an attorney. Not Debbie the paper pusher. I have other words for her but I will keep them to myself. Avoid this place like the plague. There are so many honest options and if someone is going to charge you $175 they cannot do the job. That's your first clue...a real attorney doesn't charge $175.
