I just completed a divorce process with Lindsay Stella. It was a very difficult case that went on…read morefor 19 months and we were only married for 4 years when we separated and I didn't have a prenup. This guy decided to leave and then I saw what he did all the money he took from our bank account and moved to his account. The previous lawyer presented my case to the Judge poorly and the judge ruled I should pay this self employed thief 1400 a month for 11 months.alimony.The previous lawyer was Ok with that. Lindsay was good with my time but also very smart. The case closed with no ailimony and he needs to pay me 525.00 a month til the debt is paid. She is worth every cent. I highly recommend Lindsay Stella

Abandoned in Open Court - Beware of Brad Erdman…read more Review: If you are looking for an attorney to protect your family and your assets, look elsewhere. I retained Bradley Erdman at Mirabella, Kincaid, Frederick & Mirabella, LLC (MKFM Law) for a child custody and financial enforcement case. On March 4, 2026, during an active custody status hearing, I asked him a few standard, clarifying questions about the court process and our strategy for enforcing a major financial judgment. Instead of answering me, Brad became completely dismissive and abruptly withdrew as my attorney right there in open court. He left me completely unrepresented in front of the judge during a critical moment in my custody case. A family law attorney is supposed to be your advocate during highly stressful times. Brad Erdman proved that if you ask questions or expect clear communication, he will cut and run, leaving you entirely exposed. I am now filing a formal grievance with the state disciplinary commission. Protect yourself and find counsel who actually honors their ethical obligations to their clients. #MKFMLaw #DuPageCounty #WheatonIL #FamilyLaw #DivorceAttorney #ChildCustody

This firm has very knowledgeable attorneys. During live conversation they explain things well…read more Their staff is always pleasant to deal with. Every single one has great personality, patience and people skills. They deserve a good strong 5 Stars! However, they need a bit of improvement on follow-up and communication within & with their clients. (I would rate 2 stars for communication). I would, however, definitely recommend this law firm.

I contacted Atlas Consumer Law seeking representation for remaining Fair Credit Reporting Act…read moreclaims after successfully resolving my TransUnion claim through separate litigation. From the outset, I explained that I had already exhausted the dispute process with the credit bureaus and was seeking legal representation because those disputes had failed to resolve the remaining issues. Over several weeks the firm requested extensive documentation, including credit reports, payment records, dispute history, and documentation from Regional Acceptance Corporation. I spent considerable time gathering everything they requested, signed their credit authorization so they could obtain my reports directly, completed their intake paperwork, and even obtained additional documentation directly from Regional Acceptance after several attempts. Despite all of that, I was ultimately directed back to the very same dispute process that I had already explained had been exhausted before I ever contacted the firm. Rather than identifying what additional evidence they believed was necessary or providing a clear decision regarding representation, I continued receiving requests that either repeated information I had already provided or directed me to repeat steps that had already failed. What made the experience particularly frustrating was the amount of time invested without receiving a straightforward answer. If the firm did not wish to pursue the matter, I would have respected a direct decision. Instead, I was left spending weeks gathering records, signing authorizations, completing intake documents, and responding to requests, only to end up exactly where I started as they clearly couldn't understand what was being presented to them.
