I don't want to name names but they had nothing good to offer and were horrible w customer service. So, again, I am only speaking to Kim Nowalk and her team. The Simply Referable Team in the Keller Williams Realty Centre was difficult to deal…read morewith, non-responsive, didn't go through with the appraiser at all, failed at communicating the simplest instructions, and was only about making money. I dealt with one of their listing agents, and he was about making money off the deal. In fact, the seller fired him during our deal, but had to follow through with him because we had a contract. He made things infinitely more difficult by regularly failing to communicate between buyer and seller. I'm glad it's over and plan to avoid them for all future deals.
