They play "Christian" music and have Bible verses on the walls but maybe they should look inwards because it seems pretty hypocritical and judgmental to me! It also took forever to get a call back about my lab results. When I did finally get a call back two weeks later the nurse Ken had such a bad attitude and couldn't answer my questions. They are very unorganized probably from being short staffed because no one wants to work around all their hatefulness!

I am generally seen very close to my appointment time unless the patient before me takes longer. As for there not being a bathroom! My word there r two available for patients, so I don't know why anyone would say there was no bathroom! I continue to see him he is a wonderful man and takes very good care of me! He diagnosed me with my diabetes and treats my entire family. Recently he spent time sending me to specialists because I was having some new health issues; I now have MS. After seeing this doctor for almost 20 years, he has stopped caring and does not listen. He cares…read moremore about his audits than his patients. He ignored the fact I have chronic pain and never treated the issues. He had made negative comments while I was there for a follow up but he said "I suppose you're just here for your refills." I was told to come in for this appointment so I could receive my refills. He said he had to "jump through hoops to get my medicine" and "you have to know how to play the game". I told him my health was not a game. He could care less about my chronic pain from two spine surgeries and told me that if it wasn't for Dr XXX that I wouldn't even have it. He said "every time you come in here you complain about the same things." This treatment caused me to bring my daughters with me to my next appointment so I could discuss this with Dr. Cartwright and have witnesses. Once I started discussing my last appointment and what happened while reading the quotes from my notebook, he went off. He said "you've broken our trust by quoting me! I've never had a patient quote me!" Then he proceeded to ask me "do you ever think about me and how I feel?" At that point I knew I needed to get out of there and find another doctor. All the x-rays and test that he's had me do I've rarely gotten the results and never got to see any of the x-rays that have been done. You say one wrong thing and he goes off. He wouldn't let me speak and talked over top of me. We never finished my appointment because his ego got in the way. He fired me as his patient that day one week before Christmas. I've never been so happy to leave and I walked out of there with my daughters before I let him finish his narcissistic rant. I am now at a much more stable environment with a much more knowledgeable and caring physician.
