Dr. Kraft is not with Wellstar, he is at Emory at Decatur Primary Care. I liked him the one time I had an appointment with him but it was next to impossible to make another appointment. I contacted him on the Emory portal to ask him a question and never got a reply. When I had a health issue and wanted to see him fairly quickly, I contacted his office to see if they could work me in. They called me back a few days later and said Dr. Kraft was booked up for the next few months and was told he suggested I see someone else about my problem. That was the first time I ever had a doctor's office tell me that. I gave up on him as my primary care physician and found a better doctor who is more responsive to my needs. read more

The doctors at this office are good, but Wellstar's policies and/or their admin team are bilking people. The doctor was caring and attentive during the routine visit for a minor sinus infection. Nevertheless, the bill included not only the appropriate $35 co-pay, but also a "hospital visit" add-on for $259.58, when the visit was in the office building on Concord Rd. I called both her office and Wellstar several times, but they wouldn't correct the coding error. What a rip-off! read more
