We were greeted upon entry to the store. I like that they have a separate store altogether just for men. The store has a heavy scent of cologne so beware if you have allergies. It was clean and neatly organized on the inside. They have a nice selection of men's shirts and pants, but still overpriced. The store was a little busy for the holidays but nothing too crazy that you felt uncomfortable or unsafe while shopping. I purchased a beautiful purse that was originally $323 for only $79 instead. I was shocked with the huge price difference, and was very happy to get such a nice item within my budget. It was the perfect Christmas gift, at the prefect price and they even offer a complimentary one year warranty on the item as well. I was just looking around to see if I like anything. A lot of the staff asked me if I needed help. I like they always ask for help, not just standing there. I finally found the bag that I wanted but I want a newer one ( not the one everyone has been trying on and took some paper outs. The one next to it had a tiny scratch where it says Michael Kors. Of course, I don't want that one. A man (I forgot his name) went to the back and got a new one (still wrapped up) but I noticed how the side was pressed down a lot. I want to have a bag that looks new and still look new for very long time. I asked him nicely if he can go back to the back again for another one. He went again and gave me the right one. I was satisfied with this right one and my boyfriend took it to pay it. In the beginning and the end, a lady, Jessica, helped me out with the price and let her know if I needed any help. When I was looking at the wallets while my boyfriend was waiting in line, she told there's a leather protection spray on promotion for $9 (original price is $20) and told me what it is and how to use it. She also told me which wallets are very nice and which one is preferable with my bag. She was very helpful. When my boyfriend was paying, he noticed a white bag that you can put your MK bag inside behind the cash register lady, he asked if we can have one. Bags usually don't come with that white bag, the last look around to see if it belong to anyone and gave it to us. Very nice and helpful staff over here! read more

As a huge Michael Kors fan, I never pass up the opportunity to stop in at one of their stores. I stopped in here while on vacation in Orlando recently. The store is rather spacious in size, and they have a very nice selection of handbags, shoes, wallets, and other accessories. The associates are friendly and helpful. You can definitely find some great deals here. I scored an all-black tote style purse, with the MK logo covering the bag, for $129. If you are looking for a good, quality handbag with style, I highly recommend Michael Kors. All of their handbags come with a one year warranty. The women who are about to read this review, or unconsciously thinking to themselves what does A guy know about Michael Kors? Sure they make men's clothing, and while fine clothing indeed it is, it's not the typical name brand of clothing the average guy would buy let alone at a premium outlet where they mainly sell women's clothing and accessories. There that moment of clarity, that sentence that puts everything in perspective. "Women's accessories and clothing". While I don't know much about women's clothing I do know one thing that is very important to me. Keeping the Misses happy is one of the priorities on the list, every time I mention the name Michael Kors, her eyes light up like a Christmas tree, and as a smile from ear to ear. Therefore, I took full advantage of visiting this outlet store while at the premium outlets. They had amazing sales and offers on all their handbags and women's clothing. The Mrs. walked out with a $400 bag for $100. Like I said I don't know much about women but I do know math and that's one heck of a deal. With superb customer service and Associates walking the entire store making sure your attentively taking care of I recommend this outlet to any of the women who want to add to their collection or to the man who want to make their women happy because they simply enjoy to or need to make up gift :) read more

Sneaky management at this store. I had just bought a bag from this location and set my phone down on the counter when I went to pay. When we completed my transaction I walked out without my phone, leaving it on the counter where I had paid. My husband and I walked to the food court for some lunch and by the time we completed our order I noticed my phone was missing. So my husband pulled up a tracker app and it shows that my phone was still at the Michael Kors store. So I went back to the store and talked directly to the manager stating we had been there about 15 minutes prior and that I had left my phone on the counter when I paid. He asked around if his employees had seen it and checked the drawers around the till and said there was no phone there matching the description of mine. So I went back to the food court to meet my husband and to have him check his app to see if my phone had moved. It hadn't. So now my husband decided to go and check Micheal Kors as well. He tells the manager the exact same thing I had moments earlier with the same response from management. That is until he pulled out his phone and showed the manager that my phone was located in the store. At that point the manager magically remembered and found my phone. The staff and management at this location seem very sketchy and sneaky. Will never do business there again. read more

Cashier was useless and couldn't or was unwilling to help me. I was looking for iPhone X cases and I asked the cashier if they had any in stock since the phone is pretty new. Sales person looked at me and said yes but didn't say anything else, such as where to find them.. she just stared at me and didn't do anything. I had to prompt her and say that I couldn't find any and I could only find iPhone 7/6.cases. She was like well we have some... but she still disnt point to where they are. She was so useless. Be careful what you purchase here. Bought a $250 watch 2 months ago and it has fallen apart. They handed me a card and said I could mail it for repair. Are you kidding me. Kors? Guess I should have bought a Fossil. This is Kors customer service? Bought a purse there this summer and 2 weeks in it fell apart.
