The most rude and unprofessional women I have ever encountered to in the retail Business. Called store as I needed help with an order and they wanted no part in helping me told me to cancel my order and call e-commerce . I asked for their name and the number I should call and manager hung up on me. I have spent 1000's of dollars on MK and I no longer will support their brand due to the people that you hired . Clearly a training issue for MK. Very poor taste for your brand. Called customer service and they were appalled at the actions taken by their employees. Said that it was ridiculous what transpired and that their employees were wrong. read more

This Michael Kors outlet is located in Niagara Outlets! The store itself is open, lots of shelving and tables to display a great collection of bags, luggage, shoes, wallets, passport holders and more! The staff is very friendly, explained all of their deals. My husband and I went back and forth for about an hour, trying my potential new bags on, looking for matching wallets and passport holders. The staff was very patient. The bags themselves hold up very well - I got one on our honeymoon over 3 years ago and have used it everyday, and it still is in great shape! Picked up a gift for my bestie's birthday here recently. I easily spent a solid hour, standing indecisively, trying to make a decision. The selection is ok. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and hospitable. However, clearly there is an incentive for sales and / or commission because they are like vultures when customers arrive. I'm pretty sure every single employee said hi. After awhile I was ready to make a decision, my sales rep was busy with another customer. Another lady saw the opportunity and came to assist. She walked us up to the cashier so that we could make our purchase. This was fine, but when I told the cashier that the other lady assisted us for the past hour, not the one that walked us to the register, she didn't seem to care. If a customer is telling the register which person they would like to credit, follow their request. After all, I'm making the purchase. Typical MK outlet. Good experience. read more

Next to Michael Kors - the one with ladies purses and the like - is a new store called Michael Kors Men. Vey fashionable men's clothing here and what feel like reasonable prices. If you come in the Coach entrance you can hit Coach Men's and Michael Kors Men's just a few stores apart. Its a nice addition to the mall. 3 stars for this chain. read more

The staff has completely changed. Not all customers are made to feel welcomed and you are judged as soon as you enter the store. I was basically run out of the store because I was a college student, on top of being plus sized i was judged and shamed and overheard comments about myself from the staff whispering. Overall a horrible experience and someone needs to do something about that staff. I did buy a crossbody bag, partly because I liked it, mostly because I was looked down upon and felt that I needed to so the staff would be kinder to me. On top of the dressing rooms being closed due to "short staff" or some lame "Covid spike in the area" it has taken a deep downhill. read more

Had terrible dye transfer (completely my fault) after less than a month on a bag I bought from the Walden Galleria location. When I brought the bag back to the Galleria asking for help or suggestions on how to get the dye off properly, they told me there was no way, said I would have to get a new bag and shrugged me off. I was perusing the Outlet today with a friend and decided to go into this location just to see what they would say about it, even though I did not buy it there. They went above and beyond giving me tips and ways to clean my bag and recommended products to prevent it from happening again. They also replaced my straps since they looked the worst. The store is nicely organized, bright and colourful. I'm impressed that they have a good number of Boutique transfers. I managed to snag a lovely bag for my sister to use for school. It's going for $250 in Canadian Boutiques and I got it for $169! Also the SAs were very helpful and friendly in answering my questions about the bag. They also have a good selection of wallets, accessories and clothes at better prices. read more

Good selection, great prices, BUT terrible return policy. To think that I returned a tote and received only a store credit, is absurd. I had found the tote I wanted at their full price retail store and, therefore, wanted to return the one I had bought at the outlet. read more
