I went to Carolina Aesthetics and was told initially it would be a $75 laser treatment. They also said they wanted to let me know it sometimes took up to three treatments. Because my spot was so small and easily covered with concealer, I thought this was some kind of disclaimer language they used on everyone and assumed -- wrongly -- it did not apply to me. I had the treatment, the technician missed the outside edge of the reddened area, and when I called to say she missed a tiny part on the outside of the area, she suggested I pay for another treatment. When I objected and asked to speak to a supervisor, the supervisor suggested the same "solution." Both instantly stated I was told it could take up to three treatments, so basically, "too bad." They seemed more interested in making sure I understood that I was warned than making it right for a dissatisfied customer. I don't know whether the laser treatment they offer is totally ineffective, or if I had a technician that didn't know what she was doing, OR if they want to make sure they will sell three treatments to everyone, but I would not recommend this business. I thought, because of its affiliation with GHS -- Greenville Hospital System logo is on the door -- it would afford me a better experience than it did.
