I enjoy my visits because the staff is lovely and kind. Doc has wonderful bedside banner and always puts up with my chatty cathiness and my at times bad jokes as coping mechanisms to anxiety. I have been very pleased with his work and the beautiful symmetry and shapes to my new breasts. We are not 100% done with my care but 90% of the way and I could not have asked for a better outcome. Entering to a preventative removal situation is a large and difficult decision but he has been great and I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders and I can move on with confidence. However, we were disappointed in our experience with Carolina Oral and Facial. The surgery itself was uneventful, but when we called with a simple question about whether it would be okay to alternate my daughter's medicine, Dr. Williams immediately angrily stated that nothing that my daughter was feeling had anything to do with what he had done. I have absolutely no idea why he seemed to feel attacked by such a simple question. He demanded to speak with my daughter and after aggressively asking her repetitive questions (leaving her in tears), I told him I would just call our pharmacist instead. Which is what I did, and it worked out well in the end, but it was a bit scary to know that I couldn't have a conversation with the person I had trusted to perform surgery on my child. Skill is obviously a very important trait in a doctor, but I am not comfortable and do not trust someone so unprofessional, so we will be seeking a new oral surgeon for my youngest child.

Supposedly you will receive a link to rebook, but the link never comes. So the 3rd time, still no results. Online on the website is the only result I got to cancel thru the virtual chat. I had to do that twice because I needed to cancel for both me and my spouse and the virtual chat can only do one at a time. I bet I wasted an hour and a half of my time trying to cancel. I was going to reschedule, but I decided that I'm done here. Will search for a more reliable, patient-friendly place.
