Their performance throughout the entire process was utterly pathetic. They seemingly cannot read basic financial documents--specifically Shareworks statements. They saw and requested the exact same documents on over 10 separate occasions. Then, finally, on the 11th time, they actually decided to look at them and ask questions about the accounts and statements. This absolute incompetence caused a massive, last-minute pivot and wasted 2 entire months of my time just to get to that point. Combined with horrible communication along the way, it was an incredibly stressful and unprofessional experience. Save yourself the headache and take your business to a broker that actually values your time, communicates transparently, and knows how to review basic paperwork. Avoid them at all costs.

An internet search steered me to LendingTree, I entered all my information and the only thing I indicated I was interested in was a loan. After entering my details I was taken to a screen where it said it'd be helpful if I got a credit check for $1. When I did an internet search for the the site I was taken to when I clicked on that offer, I found it was often used to get people to enter their personal details and bank card information with the promise of an inexpensive credit report, but the real aim was for the site to get details about the person entering their information. I closed that page without entering anything. Next, LendingTree directed me to try and get car insurance quotes, which I didn't need and wasn't interested in. I was only here to check auto loan rates, so I closed my browser. While I never got a single message or e-mail or call from any lenders with offers for loans with great rates, which is the only reason I went to LendingTree, instead I got both texts and calls from car dealerships wanting to sell me a vehicle! I didn't need a car, I was already contracted to purchase one, I just went to LendingTree to compare loan quotes - and that's the one thing I never received. Aggravating for sure.
