They subsequently raised serious concerns about the qualifications and licensing of a provider involved in his treatment. And the financial concerns did not end there. When he needed an advance while waiting for his case to resolve, he was directed to a lending company that was owned by his brother John Emrani who has some issues with the law after his office was raided for issues like this.
