Made an appointment with Doctor Michael Cushing to review the MRI, and discuss my options. We scheduled surgery for my right shoulder. I have had three post surgery visits to make sure everything is okay. Also, started PT two days after the surgery twice a week for 10 weeks and once a week afterwards. Awesome experience from the start. We are looking to do the left shoulder next year.

3 minutes ago I gave a three star rating only because the…read moreoffice staff is awesome. The PA I saw is not. I went in for neck and shoulder pain. I saw Kristen Hammond. She sent me to xray who only xrayed my shoulder. I asked about my neck but was told Kristen didnt ask for neck xrays. When I asked Kristen about it she said they don't treat neck pain but she could refer me to someone else. What??? Then she said their routine for shoulder pain was to take ibuprofen and have therapy. If she had read anything in all those forms I filled out she would know I can't take ibuprofen because of kidney disease. Then she prescribed Diclofenac Topical Gel. Would you like to know how much that gel costs? Over 6000.00 dollar. Yes you read that right. Along with that there is a higher risk of heart attack or stroke, especially if you already have high blood pressure which I do. I won't be returning to Resurgens again. Lesson learned.

My mom suffers from Alzheimer's disease. She fell and fractured her wrist and was referred to this…read morepractice. It started out great. The staff worked hard to schedule an appointment immediately. The office staff, the PA, the clinical staff were all very nice. However, when the physician came in to consult on my mother's case, he walked in, grabbers her arm without any acknowledgment or greeting. He seemed oblivious to the fact that he was causing her a great deal of pain. Only after I made a point of introducing my mother to him did he bother to introduce himself. NOT OK. I appreciate that he is busy, but the lack of respect was very hurtful. The fact that she can't speak for herself doesn't in any way make her less worthy of respect and compassion.

Don't get me wrong, very polite and courteous , attentive to your needs. I was asked to be early , and I was 10 mins early. Still waited for 20 minutes, only 2 people waiting in the lobby, including myself, no complaints. My issue was Stacey the MRI tech. I am coming in because my knee will not bend. So I am hobbling to walk. I have to lift my leg to move it.. She sees this. She just stands there and looks at you.. No assistance of getting on the MRI table, no assistance of getting off the table. I almost fell on the floor getting off the table.. It was a struggle to get on the table in the beginning. I don't know what her issue was of not helping and least help me lift my leg that I am having problems lifting on the table. She is the type that I can't touch you. She should not be in this type in this field. If touching and assisting people is an issue. This isn't my first MRI. BUT This is my first experience with someone staring at me to get on the table of not assisting, seeing I need the help.
