Two years ago, both of my sisters took my mother to Patrick Smith's Clearwater office and had him create a Trust and Will. He was very friendly and helped them set everything up. His paperwork even said he would be there for all his clients needs. Now, two years later, my mother is not doing well and it occurred to us that we had not put her house in her trust. I called Patrick's office on Friday, November 1st , 2024 to find out what I needed to do to get her house put in the trust. His secretary told me he would call me back that same day or the following Monday. He didn't. I called again on Friday, November 8th and again was told he would call me that day or the following Monday. He didn't. I called again on November 13th, 15th, 18th and 20th and received no return calls. I also emailed him on November 19th. You guessed it....no return email. Unless you just enjoy beating your head against the wall and getting nothing in return, my advice is to avoid Patrick Smith and find a real attorney. Patrick Smith is a fraud.

Calls and emails were consistently ignored, and communication throughout the entire process was terrible. Despite always responding promptly and providing every requested document the same day it was requested, we were repeatedly left without updates or answers. After four months of unanswered emails, unreturned phone calls, and no meaningful progress, I finally decided to hire another law firm to handle the matter. What was even more disappointing was the complete lack of assistance or response directly from Mr. Olsen to rectify the situation. I am highly disappointed by the level of unprofessionalism displayed by this law group during such a difficult and stressful time for our family. For your own sanity and peace of mind, I would strongly recommend steering clear of Olsen Law Group.

I…read morewas a first time homebuyer and was advised by people I trust to find an attorney who could explain things to me before closing. When I called Bridget's office, I was able to speak with her directly, and she made me feel so much better about this complex process. I found her to be knowledgeable, honest, ethical and trustworthy. I also appreciated her tips on what to look out for throughout the process. Once my closing package arrived, she called me and walked me through every single document and line item, spelling out in simple terms what everything meant (from closing costs mandated by statute to definitions of terms appearing throughout the closing package to even tips on home ownership, including homestead and basic tips to manage the principle). She made everything sound simple while also advising me on what to be cautiously aware of. She also welcomed being on standby for any inquiries that were to come up. Overall, I was quite nervous but she made a lot of those nerves go away, and sure enough, when the closing appointment happened, I understood every document because of her explanations. A big thank you to Bridget, as well as John, Lisa and all her staff. I recommend Bridget fully, as she can definitely help you and give you peace of mind as she did for me.

My decision to make an appointment with the Law offices of Kathleen Flammia was due to 3 things - firstly, our family accountant recommended her. Then when I asked around generally among co-workers, friends and other acquaintances, Kathleen's name kept coming up as someone who was very highly regarded and respected within local legal circles. Finally all the other 5-star yelp reviews also were a factor and now having been a client of this firm, can totally understand and agree with that rating! Kathleen demonstrates a keen understanding of a persons' unique situation and she was very good about taking me thru the range of their services and then also pointing out something's that were not a factor I needed to be concerned about. At one point, Stacy, another attorney in the office also actually called up the Revenue Department as they wanted to double check certain facts related to my options. All the staff I encountered were super courteous, very diligent and uber responsive. I had a work emergency come up unexpectedly and couldn't make a meeting and it wasn't any issues or dramas with making a change and in fact the office staff were great about working with my schedule. Also another note that the language used in the document this firm prepares for you is super comprehensive and complete and also extremely user friendly and plain-spoken. Legal jargon is really kept to a minimum but the wording uses provides you the full protection of the law. Overall, really very impressive with the staff and their expertise and very happy to have used their services. Absolutely recommend!! Yelp 144/ 2018
