The main office adjuster, Gloria Jarvis was the most professional and helpful person I have ever dealt with. She helped us arrange lodging, made sure my husband's health issues were her first consideration in handling our lodging and the entire claim. She processed all the complicated paperwork in the timeliest fashion, and made the whole process as painless as possible. Any problems that came up, she helped us handle immediately. Additionally, Pam in the local office was incredibly helpful with processing details, working to expedite necessary documentation, and just offering expert advice on what we needed to do when.
