The Knapp representative asked me to return his call so he could assist me with my previous complaint. My return call was a 100% different experience than I previously had with Knapp Bookkeeping Service. This specific Knapp representative was thoroughly interested in what issues previously occurred and how he could make my negative experiences turn into 100% positive outcomes. Bottom line, this evening I received a full refund back into my account in the amount of $275.00. Because this specific Knapp representative took his time to sincerely communicate with me, to show sincere interest in not only my issues, but sincerely treat me as he would want to have been treated under the same circumstances, I am changing my overall rating to 4 ****.
