The doc explained what was needed to be done, what had probably caused the issues, how I could prevent future issues and then walked me through everything he was doing. He's very personable and easy to talk to which is so refreshing! The office girls are also very nice, accommodating and helpful when it comes to figuring out the insurance thing! Twice they've referred me to another clinics to get root canals, and both times I ended up spending $2-300 in x-ray fees to be told those teeth are not saveable. While I'm not happy about these things, my cleanings and extractions I've had here were overall positive experiences.

When I made this call I was pessimistic, but instead I was met with a professional, wonderfully kind voice on the other end, and at once, I felt this is the place. So, I mentioned the issue and urgency. The person on the line obviously had compassion and sensed the concern for my mother. She asked how soon we could be there. We made it in 30 minutes and all around, from the 1st phone call to the end of the visit , all the staff including the dentist, were absolutely, exceptionally, fantastic. The dentist even pointed out to my mother something numerous neurologists haven't been able to diagnose for her over several years of visits.
