I was compelled to write a review of this place after a number of dealings with staff here. They are gruff, rude and very expensive!! I was happy enough to pay the exorbitant prices (as they seem to have a monopoly on some types of locks/keys) but the service drove me to search the internet for a product and I found it at 73% cheaper (postage included) read more
