Avoid - Very bad customer service. Purchased 2 expensive carpets. Prior to purchase was assured that the carpets would run level with the specified hallway tile height when fitted. Without prior consent or a phone call to notify us about the need to, the fitter unscrewed 5 doors from the door frames and left them unhung in the hallway when finished fitting the carpets due to the height of the finished carpet not been level with the tiles. Did not tidy up excess / carpet trimmings. Got no satisfaction from the manager when I phoned to express my discontent with the job. Purchased a far cheaper carpet for another bedroom elsewhere and the service / neatness of the job was far superior and the room door didn't have to be removed. read more
