Unfortunately I had a work emergency on Friday and so I wasn't able to call back until the following week and had to leave a message as he wasn't available. Today is 10/3/2024, almost a month since the original quote. I have called and left messages multiple times, but the agent will not return my calls. I am flummoxed; I have never been the recipient of such bad service. If there's some reason they don't want to sell my family a policy, just say so. But being so blatantly ignored is the height of unprofessionalism. Would not recommend.

That's where it went south. I sent it off to .......@allstate.com immediately and assumed I was done. Soon after I started a 12x7 shift at work and was way too busy to check my billing as most of my stuff was set to auto. 4 months goes by before I see the bill was still being takin out.Long story short they wouldn't accept a copy of email with date that they knew I called in to cancel and records of new insurance from that date so they essentially stole 1600$ and refuse to give it back. I went months without home Insurance due to their neglect. I was informed that I was not notified because the account was still under a former employee's email so that is where the notifications were being sent. I created another policy and gave them another chance. 2. I have been receiving a bill for $59.19 from AAA for several months. I was unable to find the reason for the bill in my online account. I called the Dennis Schultz agency more than once and spoke to multiple people. I was reassured multiple times that no payment was due. Yesterday, I received a collection notice. I called AAA corporate and there was in fact a bill for $59.19 due and the person on the phone apologized for the Schultz agencies representation and I was able to pay the amount due. 3. I paid for my home insurance for the full year upfront. I received paperwork related to re-occurring EFTs. I called the Schultz agency and was told I didn't have to complete the paperwork because I didn't want to be automatically re-enrolled every year. I wanted to have the ability to review the policy before paying. Today I found out that I now owed another $32 for not completing the paperwork and I was in fact still signed up for re-occurring payments. I will be canceling my policies and I don't often write negative reviews, but I do want others to be informed of the neglect and consistent customer service I have received.
