Eric re listed my house and had it sold within two months. He came up with a strategy and put the price at a point where people were starting a bidding war for my house. I recently rented an apartment through Michael, and I couldn't ask for a better experience! From…read morethe start, he was very friendly and helpful-- called before our first appointment to confirm the details, came prepared with all of the information I would need, and took his time showing me the place and talking it over with me afterward. Unlike many other brokers I've met with in the past, he didn't rush me in and out of the apartment, and he certainly didn't put any pressure on me to make an immediate or uninformed decision. Rather than push me to take a rental that wasn't right for me, I felt that he really cared about what I was looking for, no matter how specific it was. While other brokers tend to call you up constantly and persuade you to go look at all of their listings, Michael narrowed the search down based on what I had asked for, and was happy to work around my schedule. He was also knowledgeable about the area and the general price range of other rentals on the market, which is always helpful when you're comparing apartments and trying to chose the right one. When I decided to put a deposit down on an apartment he had shown me, I was confident that I was making the right decision. Michael was also very helpful throughout the rest of the process-- he made it clear what would be needed in order to be approved for the apartment and moved everything along as quickly as possible. He put in a good word with the landlord and presented a strong case for me as a potential tenant, which was MUCH appreciated, since waiting for a decision can definitely be nerve-racking! Once approved, he went over the lease with me and made sure to address all of my specific questions and concerns, even if it meant getting in touch with the landlord to make sure that we were on the same page. It was clear that Michael cared about making my move as easy and stress-free as possible. After having some not-so-pleasant experiences with brokers in the past, I would definitely recommend working with Michael! Moving can be quite overwhelming, and when you're looking for a new place to call home, it definitely helps to have someone who listens and is looking out for your best interests.

After an awful experience with my initial broker, I contacted Gene and explained the problems I had encountered, he then provided me with insight into how things work and the issues with switching brokers before a contract was expired. As soon as I was able to, I re-listed my property with Gene. What a difference a good broker makes, and Gene is a GREAT Broker!!!!! After having been on the market for 8 months, Gene came along and had an offer in 3 WEEKS!!!!! He knows the market, doesn't feed you pipe dreams, and goes above and beyond to get your property sold!!! Gene is extremely knowledgeable & professional and is able to find a practical solution to any issues that may arise. He is really Amazing and on top of things. In what turned out to be a lengthier process than anticipated (no fault of Gene's!) he was patient and calming throughout - moving things along relentlessly. Can't imagine having a better corner man. Manj and the Weichert team stood out as the best that Northern, New Jersey had to offer: their rankings are excellent, their social media and marketing reach was strong, and I could tell the type of commitment they would dedicate to selling my home. Manj spent hours answering my questions, providing market data, and building a strategy to address the comps in the area. I was concerned that my house would be hard to sell given the hundreds of similar homes in the neighborhood. However, Manj made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having professional photographs and video taken, and a lot more. When i saw the listing I was blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - the listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The second buyer that saw the property submitted an offer. The house went under contract 2 days after we put it on the market at the asking price. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I've recommended Manj and the Weichert Real Estate Team to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think it will be almost impossible to find a more dedicated, knowledgeable and professional Realtor.
