She treated my daughter as she would treat her own child and that helped "save" my daughter's tooth. Her office is clean and her staff was great!! After seeing 3 other dentists/specialists, she truly expressed an understanding of my frustration and the desire to help make the process as easy as possible. She deserves more than 5 stars - I can't thank her enough for helping us out!!

I went back to Dr. Medley and was given a cursory exam and a handful of antibiotics with the mention of a possible root canal. But seeing that the before treatment had maxed out my benefits I was sent away with no clear treatment plan. I ended up at the emergency dentist a day later with 2 root canals and on strong antibiotics for a massive infection. Two out of the 4 teeth Dr. Medley had worked on had died. I don't feel the risks involved with working on smaller teeth were properly explained to me by her or her team and I feel the interest in my care shrank in tandem with my benefits amount.

If you are having a dental problem, each hygienist takes the time to listen and ease your worries instead of brushing you off. They take the time to explain what they are doing beforehand and check in to make sure you are comfortable instead of rushing through. I absolutely love the whole staff here and wouldn't recommend any other place to go besides here

While she or her hygienists are working on you, they frequently ask how you're doing & give you breaks. I originally went to her for a second opinion on something; she was honest with me. She's been my regular dentist for six years as of 2014, has filled at least two cavities, & the worst pain has been minor discomfort, including the pain-killer shots. She even replaced one of her fillings that fell out, & said it was free. There are jokes about painless dentists, but she truly is a painless dentist. Her patient-side manner is the best of any medical professional I've ever had in all of my 57 years. She's very pleasant, cheery, professional & technically proficient.

I have extreme anxiety with the dentist because I have had an extensive amount of dental work done and there has always been an issue every single time. I have been tortured by dentist that don't listen. By tortured I mean Ive had a dentist pull a tooth halfway out and yell at me because I felt the nerve and screamed. He stopped and told me to go to an oral surgeon. With my tooth half way out. The last tooth I had pulled the dentist almost broke my jaw and Ive had issues ever since. So anyway. Last week we couldnt get the nerve numb enough and had to wait until today to pull it. So I.go in and tell her the nerve has been bothering me so I ask does she rhink we will be able to get it numb or should we wait until the swelling goes down more. She says, well with your anxiety I'm not sure what you can tolerate. I say, hu? My anxiety has nothing to do with if we can get rhe nerve numb or not. So I ask her again and she says the same thing. Then she says we won't know unless we rtry so I say ok lets try. Then she sighs and looks at the nurse and says yeah when people have anxiety this bad they can't tell the difference between pressure and nerve pain. I knew right then she didn't listen to me in the previous appointment when I told her why I had anxiety and it was because they have said that in the past and pulled my teeth with extreme nerve pain. I said nope nevermind I'm not doing this. I said I'm 51 years old, you can see Ive had a lot of dental work and I know the difference. Anxiety isn't going to make me confuse the 2. Pressure is pressure, nerve pain feels like a shock. I said that hurt my feelings that you said that after I explained it to you. She never said a word and as she walked out I sad wow jot a sorry or anything? The poor nurse Said sorry and she didn't even do anything. I was actually planmimg.to make a new patient appointment and was excited about it and now I wouldn't step foot back in there. That dentist had mo empathy whay so ever. Amd Obviouslly no bed side manner. I was just a number. They don't care about the person. Ahe acted like it was a burden and like I was overreacting. Now I have to figure out how to get this tooth out.

After thorough testing, Dr. Miranda determined that my tooth had normal sensitivity and did not need a root canal after all. What impressed me most was Dr. Miranda's honesty and attention to detail. She explained that because the root is so close to the nerve, attempting a root canal could very likely cause permanent numbness in that area of my face. Instead of performing an unnecessary procedure, she took the ethical and professional approach and advised against it.
