Dr Gutweiler seemed distracted by a woman he brought into the exam room with him without giving me a reason. I didn't leave with much confidence in him and went somewhere else for the hernia repair. Things happen, I get it. But I'm writing this because the mammogram tech caused a lot of pain to one breast then she had to do it again because it wasn't showing up the way she wanted to. It's been 2 days and my breast is still sore. Even if I have to face the Boston traffic I will not be returning to this site again!

When it gets sent out, I'm on the phone with over 5+ pharmacies, over and over again who all say they dont have the medication, but they do have the elixir form. I call the oncall doctor (who is not my doctor because I'm running out of time, and pharmacies will close) to see she can send the elixir form and she starts screaming at me saying I shouldn't be using the phone. I have had a severe mouth sores for over a week hoping they can help, and now the day is over, everyone left, and I did not receive my medication, and I'm in severe pain. Thats just how awful this office is, they don't give a shit about their patients.

My husband and I got our appointments within 2 weeks of contacting the practice and they were one right after another which made it so easy for us. When we arrived, the women at the front desk were SO kind and helpful, and they truly made us feel at home right away. The medical assistant (she had pink hair) was so friendly and very good at her job. Dr. Sun is easily the best PCP I've ever had, and I knew that right off the bat. Not only is she incredibly warm and kind, but she is thorough, upbeat, understanding and truly listens when you bring up a concern. She made me feel comfortable within seconds of meeting her and I could tell she not only cares deeply about her patients, but she is an excellent doctor. My husband had an equally positive experience with her. We are very happy to have found Chelmsford Primary Care and Dr. Sun, and we hope to be patients here for many years to come.

He was a great Doctor but he chose to believe his office staff over me when there are the same complaints here on vitals. Also if you check patient reviews on vitals for every doctor in that Digestive Health Specialists they have the same complaints about the office staff. I trusted him with my care and he was so icy and cold to me because I was advocating for myself. I ended up needing surgery. I would have needed it anyways but I shouldn't have had to suffer for five months and beg for them to care for me. I lost 70lbs! The most traumatizing way to lose weight. I still have nightmares from everything that I went through the pain and starvation. I was denied care and ignored because the office manager got offended because I advocated for myself. I would have just found a different Dr but it takes months to get into another GI and I had already waited over a month for I'll pass the message off to Dr. Travassos. Never heard from him he insisted that he never got any messeges. I have the phone bill to prove the calls. If you value your health you will look else where. There are tons of GIs!

The nurses at my pcp office also made calls on my behalf and they never got a call back. That was not the only time, I had questions about the test and after calling I finally got through to his nurse 30 days later. If you can believe this, a year and a half later I get a call that he wants me to set up an appointment. I would not send my worse enemy to him. You should get your test results in a timely manner. I had to go to the hospital to get a copy of the X-ray. I have since found another gi specialist who calls back within a couple of days Do yourself a favor and save yourself some anxieties find someone else.

NE Neuro has been around for a while, they just recently opened this location in Chelmsford…read more Dr Ty performed kyphoplasty on my 88 year old Mom who fell. The diagnosis came quickly and the surgery, performed in a hospital, was several days later. This procedure was successful and Dr Ty answered all our questions and kept me apprised of Mom's recovery status. There were 2 follow up appointments in this Chelmsford location with Ethan Dionne, PA. The appointments were on time. Ethan has a comforting bedside manner and was patient and kind with Mom. The reason this is not 5 stars is the building itself. There are no automatic doors, so anyone needed a walker or wheelchair likely needs another person to assist here. Also, the threshold is high and not only a tripping hazard, but Mom had a hard time getting her walker over it to enter and exit the building. It seems a business who has a lot of patients with physical challenges would retrofit the building to accommodate to make it easier to access. This is a convenient location with a good amount of parking, although the spaces are fairly close together, making it challenging to open the car door sufficiently to get a walker in place. I missed finding the building at first, as I mistakenly went down Meetinghouse Road, which is parallel to the NE Neuro building. It is actually the entrance NEXT to Meetinghouse Rd and shares a parking lot with the Lowell 5.
