The woman, guessing owner, was rude and passed me off to what seemed to be a new person who had to be walked through on how to do the taxes. It took them all but 5 minutes only for her to say I owe 1500. Did not even ask if i had any dependents, I have 2, or any medical expenses, which i also do. Long story short, she said i owed because my employer failed to do something in their end. So basically i owed taxes because if my employer and to take it up with them. Went to a couple places elsewhere just to make sure and got a nice refund and nothing owed. It was a simple w2. Trash place and had the audacity to ask me how do i want to pay.
