So I double checked the numbers on my paperwork (which she completed the same day) Turns out she had used the wrong numbers so my husband ending up getting $1200 back. Imagine if I would've never checked! Then last year I set up the appointment and she was responding normally, she asked for w2 and that stuff so I sent it, then she ghosted me! How are you gonna ask someone for their important papers and then ignore them??? So unprofessional, she also has an attitude towards young women, cause she treated my husband so kindly and always condescending with me and other female relatives I have that would go with Kathy. Don't recommend she's unreliable because you have to double check HER paperwork.

My personal taxes had no itemized deductions and one rental house (I filled out the rental house form for her). I used to do my own taxes before owning a business, just wanted to run taxes through her, in case she had any suggestions. It wasn't a lot more work than a short form, yet it still cost almost what my business taxes did, about $350. I could have done them in 30minutes...next year I will. I have 2 other friends who have used her...all with reports of dragging heels

However, now that I'm back in Arizona I'm working with a local CPA who is needing some document from Carol that were not included in all the paperwork she returned to me. I am very organized, not only do I keep copies of all my tax documents for 10 years just in case but i also scan the entire file so that I can have an electronic copy readily available. Aside from answering my initial phone call and responding to one of my text messages Carol has been unresponsive. It has been over a week since my initial contact with her this year and its coming down to the wire. It appears one document that I am needing from her is going to cause my 2017 taxes to be late.

My experience with Pure Tax Resolution has been exceptional! Andrew started assisting me almost a…read moreyear ago with submitting an OIC to the IRS. I was skeptical to start the process because I read articles online that said there is a lot of scam locations out there that take your money but don't assist you with what you pay them to do during the OIC process. Its horrifying to deal with the IRS alone, and then to be scammed on top of that is unthinkable. I feel very blessed that I chose Pure Tax Resolution and had Andrew as my Lawyer helping me through the process. Andrew stayed in contact with me and answered all of my questions and concerns. If I asked any questions that he did not have an answer to, he would get an answer for me in a very timely manner. Fortunately the outcome of my OIC offer was positive, but I can honestly say if the outcome had been different, I would still be posting this same review. I will recommend Pure Tax Resolution to anyone I know or hear of, that is thinking of attempting an OIC. Please don't deal with the IRS on your own, hire Professionals to make sure such an important step in your life is handled correctly! Thank you again Andrew!
