Rich and Kathy always do what they say and are always working to over deliver in every aspect of the services they provide. Over the years they have helped establish my credit with the buy here pay there program and coached me in when and when not would be a good time to buy even if it meant losing a sale. They have helped my mother in times of need getting her vehicles in for inspection, and worked hard to keep costs down on repairs, saving me close to $700 on my last repair bill. It is with this excellent customer service that I am not surprised they have been in business for so long. Thank you Jim White's Truck & Auto!

When the check engine light flashed on my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited (3.2L V6) one hour into my 4 hour trip to Canton, OH for a funeral on a Monday morning I asked Siri for help in finding a dealership. Siri said Fredonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep was 6 miles to the west but it only has 3.1 stars... "Do you want this one?".... Without options, I said YES and showed up unannounced. I was greeted by the kindest, most professional, and extremely empathetic Service Advisor, Jason. More than most, I have a great appreciation for the service industry. I never feel/act entitled which may contribute to continued luck here. Jason finished what he was doing to quickly plug the vehicle into the diagnostic system; found the problem; checked for parts and indicated they would get me in/on my way in a few hours. Blowing out a fuel injector one hour into an already stressful trip could have been disastrous if not for JASON, the kindest, most accommodating Service Advisor at Fredonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep! Changing a bad average star review one customer at a time! FIVE STARS Fredonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep!
