Great noodle joint for being in Abilene, Texas. The food was quick to arrive and was quite tasty. However, I though it was pricey. I paid $18 for two, figured eating noodles in a cereal bowl with some veggies would be less expensive like maybe around $6 a meal. Oh well, still tasty. Had lunch today here, ordered the ramen and cheese wontons. Very good! Good amount of food for a great price. I even had to take the rest to go. I noticed that they do call ins for to go orders, which is great! Plenty of seating and very clean inside. The staff was very nice as well. I would recommend to anyone. read more

It is not often that I find an Asian style restaurant that I really enjoy. This restaurant is beyond phenomenal. First, and foremost, it is clean. Second, the food is amazing. I tried the sesame chicken, steamed rice, spring roll, and scallion pancakes. They were all flavorful and fresh. The food is sooo fresh tasting. I can't say enough wonderful things. My friend suggested it for dinner and since we had never been we tried several things and there was no disappointment. Service is also great and fast. The people were very nice and attentive. I only give it four stars because of the strip center setting. My new favorite Asian restaurant. Cheese wontons are amazing, as was everything else I have ordered. The Pho, flat noodles, mei fun, egg rolls, and soup have all been wonderful. This place is a couple steps up from all the other places around here, with the exception of Krua Thai. Everything is prepared to order, they have a variety of sauces available, and the prices are very reasonable. The iced tea is also different than other restaurants. It wasn't really bad, however it reminded me of when I first started to learn how to cook Asian styled food. It isn't necessarily bad, but sauces are very important in most eastern styled dishes. For instance we ordered curried noodles and there wasn't any sauce, but it was curry powder which can lead to a big difference in taste. Not only that but there were times where I attempted to eat here before I did and it was passed opening hour and the doors were still locked; the employees didn't do anything either. They just kept texting on their phones. I hesitated to try this restaurant because of what I was hearing by word of mouth. However, I was seeing completely different reviews on yelp. I also live so close so it's hard to blackball it. I ordered the curry noodles and I was so so pleased! This is much better curry than the Thai restaurant here that I've tried. My daughter had the chicken lo mein and let me try it, it was also pretty good. We ordered egg rolls and spring rolls and I enjoyed the egg rolls. The spring rolls were not as delicious as I've had, my favorite are in Dallas, but I still won't get them here again. My neighbors ordered orange chicken and let me try it, it was interesting and different than the usual. Good flavor but the breading was a bit grainy and texturally off. Also, previously I worked in county regulations and have nightmares about the cleanliness of restaurants and equipment. So far, I give them an A for cleanliness. Many times, the smaller independently owned restaurants are the worst. Time will tell if it stays clean, so I hope they keep up the good work. i ordered orange beef to nite. it is very red. I would not know it was orange beef if I had to go by taste. I am not sure what the sauce tastes of. I hope it is not food dye. the sauce is very thick and sweet. u cant shake any of it off and it is heavily coated with this sauce. it isn't bad tasting just a lot of sweet u can not avoid if u want to. it is not great tasting either. If I could have looked at the picture first I would have, but I was at work and did not have the ability or time to look. meat is crispy enough. broccoli nice. serving size nice. don't know if I will try again or not. very disappointed! read more
