I know it was super last minute. To my luck Chantelle had an opening! I have never had my lashes done and didn't know what to expect and was worried I would come out looking weird haha. Chantelle is very nice and accommodating. The whole process took about 1:45. Sitting still with my eyes closed was definitely a challenge but I did it haha. A few cons: there is limited free parking so you'll most likely have to pay. Let me start by saying run don't walk away from this practice. I'm 67 years old and I have never…read morebeen through an experience with a dentist like the one I had Saturday. I got to my appointment at 12:45, 15 minutes before my appointment. I was in a lot of pain and I had a very badly infected tooth by 1:30. I started to ask am I going tobe seen? Is there a problem? They said they were very busy because it was a Saturday by 215 an hour and 15 minutes later I got put in a chair. I got some x-rays. Some that were not necessary because I had one tooth that was the problem. I then get put in another room and the dentist said she will pull the tooth and then give me an antibiotic. At that point, the girl came in and started to upsell me on a bone graft . They wanted to do something with the tooth in case I wanted an implant one day. The cost of that that was going to be $1200. I told them please just pull the tooth and that's all. She said she'd check with the dentist I asked again when I'm going to be seen. The dentist came in and said that they were busy. She hadn't had lunch yet, which wasn't my problem. The billing girl then came in and said OK we're gonna pull the truth. She wants to put a collagen plug in the tooth. I'm 67 and unfortunately have had many teeth pulled. I've never needed a collagen plug for $350 and I asked her to just pull the tooth. I called my brother-in-law who had been a dentist and recently retired. I was crying at this point. He said that I don't need any of the things that they wanted to do. The bone graft can be done at the time of the implant and I definitely don't need a collagen plug. Just get the tooth pulled and leave. Don't leave there though until I get the tooth pulled. They had me at a real disadvantage because I was in so much pain and the tooth was so badly infected. Finally around 3:15, over three hours after I arrived she came in and said we're going to pull the tooth. She gave me several shots of Novocaine, she took no care on how she did it and it was painful, then without even letting the novocaine work, she pulled the tooth, which was excruciating!! In all my past experiences when you get novacaine, the Dentist would wait 10 to 15 minutes for the Novocaine to start to work, I almost think it was done purposely because she saw me as a problem. She finally pulled it and gave me a prescription for an antibiotic and ibuprofen. I said thank you and I walked out. So many things went wrong on so many levels. I would never ever recommend anyone go through this and go to this practice. There are too many dentists out there that care to go to a place like this. My brother in law also said in his 50 years of practicing dentistry, he never made a patient in that much pain sit for three hours before anything was done, he never let a patient sit that long that wasn't having an emergency! During all of this up selling and waiting and confronting them, they made me feel like I was the problem not their incompetent practice!! I have only written 3 or 4 reviews about anyone or anything, but this has to be told so other patients never go through what I did.

There is little turnover in the staff, so they really get to know you. I have done both general preventative and cosmetic (whitening). The office is super clean and even when you step into the bathroom you feel like you're in someone's home. On my last visit I had a new hygienist and the dentist asked me for feedback on how much I liked or disliked him. The hygienist rocked. He cared about my comfort (as do they all). All in all, the office is great. They offer Saturday appointments and have evening hours. Even thought they are out of network for my husband and I, we continue to go there because we like the office that much!

This was a first time visit at the Pembroke Pines office for myself and my kids, the dentist waited until all of the paperwork was completed and said nobody sits in the waiting area (which has chairs) I don't think he wanted to perform any services because my appointment had been rescheduled multiple times for whatever reason. I left my phone in the office after I left I'm sure he locked the door and basically didn't want to open to give me my phone. Disgusting!!!!! Basically don't wasted your time going here especially if more than one person needs to be seen. But I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The office assistant was sweet !
