Found a few 5 star rated companies on line and received their quotes. Selected Oswalt Concrete and they absolutely lived up to their 5 star rating. The price never varied, no change orders. I highly recommend Oswalt Concrete & Excavating, they do not disappoint!

I have so many positive things to say about Oswalt Concrete. Jesse and crew show up on time, when…read morethey say they will, and flat out get it done. These days, it's impossible to find a crew that want to do things right, and these folks are sticklers for ever little detail. From the very beginning, Hollie was fantastic, and generated my quote in record time. She gave me a list of options, and explained what to expect as we went along with the permit and homeowner-association approval process. She's a gem, and a total rock-star when it comes time to get it done. There were no surprises, problems, or excuses. These folks know the business, quote very fairly, and do extraordinary work. The quality they deliver is uncommon, being that it's so good, and the crew is so experienced. I noticed they use a lot of new equipment too, and put a priority on safety, quality, and doing things correctly the first time. That meant a lot to me as a customer to know I wouldn't have to deal with breakdowns and excuses from using old and broken tools and gear. Start to finish, my job was done in three days. I can't say enough how happy I am with the finished product. They did a 20 x 25 brushed finish patio, and a 5 x 10 pad next to my garage. I couldn't get other companies to call me back, or worse, they'd show up and under-bid, and then expect a payment and to sign a contract on the spot. These are red-flags, don't work with people like that, you'll likely pay someone else a lot more to fix it later. I talked to 8 different companies before deciding on these guys, because they were clearly the best. Take your time, call everyone, but call these guys too... they deserve the business!

From the original quote to the spectacular clean up after the project, Vance is extremely professional and very customer focused. For our latest project, we got quotes from three companies and Vance's prices were very reasonable and right in the middle of the bunch. Vance does a great job with scheduling and keeping you informed regarding weather or material delays. In addition to all that, their design and craftsmanship is fantastic! Working on an older property is much more difficult than a new build, and Vance is very cognizant of the need for respect of an older home. He has been back twice to do other projects, including adding a drain to our patio that we discovered we needed. He had already thought of it, and the piping is already present under the patio, just in case! also, his crew is really good, they are very friendly, hard working.
