They have great customer service and prices were very affordable. Ray followed through and gave me the step-by-step tracking of the item. He pushed hard to get my truck bed cover shipped immediately. Once the equipment was there, he scheduled the work for the next day and let me tell you it came out better than expected. He took his time, but the work was only done in 45 minutes and was very professionally done and he went through each item to explain to me how to use it. I am very pleased with the installation as well as the product. I have found my new go to place for any car accessory for the future Great job Ray.

I found Cutler Bay Customs by asking a family friend for recommendations. I was looking for a…read morereputable place to tint my new car. I called on a Monday and asked when I could bring my car and asked how much. The owner was honest and friendly and gave me a price over the phone, which I appreciated. I scheduled my appointment for an afternoon a few days later. Side note: Appointments can even be made on their Facebook page. I received a call a little while before my appointment slot asking if I was available to come earlier. Absolutely! I showed up and was told 30 minutes. 20 minutes later, my car was done! Cash and credit cards (apps too) are accepted. I couldn't be more thrilled with the level of quality and customer service and will be recommending them for anyone looking for tints or customized additions to their vehicle.

I've had the car for a while but was holding back on getting windows tinted but the Miami heat And sun hitting in every direction was just too much. The job itself takes about an hour- hour and a half. The lady in front desk is super nice and showed me the different tints (even the illegal ones and which protects most from the sun). She made process easy to choose and they are very quick to respond on the phone too. It is a bit pricey but then again, its good quality stuff and good customer service!

I recently hired a protective film solutions to install heat‑rejection film on my home's windows…read moreand protective film on my countertops. From the first visit, Carlos was professional, punctual, and took the time to explain the different film options, how much heat they block, and how the countertop film would help prevent scratches and stains. He helped me choose a setup that keeps the house cooler while still letting in plenty of natural light, and a countertop film that doesn't change the look of the surface. The installation was very clean and detailed. Carlos and his team arrived on time, protected surrounding areas, and left everything spotless when they finished. The window film has already made a noticeable difference in indoor temperature and comfort, and the countertops are easier to maintain and less likely to get damaged from daily use. Overall, I'm very happy with the results and the level of service. I highly recommend Carlos Ortiz and his company to anyone looking for professional home window film and countertop protective film installation.
