My Mom, daughter, and I had a wonderful time at this great venue where we saw Albita in concert for Mother's day. The best part for me was that it has free parking, FINALLY!!! But not just that, also, the great service, comfortable seats ( and this is an old auditorium), clean restrooms, cash bar with drinks and snacks, free Wifi, impeccable restroomss, and excellent sound system. The prices are great and we even had a deal, so it was perfect. My tickets were at the will call window with my name on it. Thank you guys. Gracias chicos.

I came here to attend a Holiday Show. I was very impressed with the service. Last time, I was here was years back for my high school graduation. It wasn't the very best;that was in 1996. I am glad they have done major changes since then. There is a bellmen at the door scanning the e-tickets. Concession stand, was fully loaded with major liquors, beers, and candy. They also had bellmen at every entrance to show you where to sit. Which was very convenient instead of looking. The only problem was parking. It was a mad house, and it also rained, they don't really have pathways with tents so you don't get wet. They didn't have valet parking. Other than parking. I would consider coming back.

This is very old location but well kept. Small and clean. Extra parking in the back. Food and drinks are expensive.

$56 FIFTY SIX SERVICE CHARGE FOR SENDING E-tickets by mail?????? $225 extra???? !

It has excellent elevated views of the Miami skyline to the east and the Miami River, boats, and the W Flagler St Drawbridge (historical landmark, built in 1938) to the west. I believe the penthouse is located on the 10th floor of a relatively new building. 2. The venue is modern and versatile. The inside spaces (including restrooms) had a clean, updated look. For this event, there were multiple bars and food stations set up both indoors and outdoors. The dance floor was outside. The combination of string lights, rooftop patio decor, and the city skyline was beautiful. There was only one elevator to get everyone up and down, so there was a bottleneck there. They brought in a fire dancer to perform outside on the rooftop, which was really cool.

There's limited street parking, but there's an adjacent parking lot. I'd recommend using a valet service if you are hosting an event here. I absolutely loved the views here, which is why this place gets 5 stars!

A little outdoor space. There was a dancing area and stage area for the event I attended. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to host a party. I don't know if they do both personal and corporate events and I don't know how the management is to work with or their pricing. What I do know is that as an attendee I had a great time and would love to go there again for a party.

With the "unst unst" bumping till the crack of dawn, I truly wonder what the local residents (if there be any domiciliaries at all) think about this hub of hipster party central. Came here after a day two outing at UMF, with doors open and shut at 11pm and 5am, respectively. Needless to say, the crew, along with yours truly, were running on fumes. A caveat with the place is that security was pretty inattentive. They failed to inform us of the proper place to enter the venue; although the address is listed on 24th Street, general admission entrance is on 23rd. Went through two sets of security before being informed of this. I was pretty peeved, seeing as how the music coming out of the entrance was amazing, and I wanted to be in there. Also, the water is $10, with no options for tap. If you wanna kill people, go right ahead and keep up that business practice while you line your wallets you greedy greedy b@stards; I do understand it's not Maps who does this per se, but rather the promotional groups who rent out the venue... but still, I gotta blame someone. Luckily, an arrival of 2:00 in the AM resulted in a non-existent line by the time myself and my people located the correct entrance. Thankfully the featured performance, and one of my personal favorites, wasn't slated to start his set till 2:30, so I ended up getting to watch a very surprising set from Alan Walker; very pleasantly surprised. In fact, all the performances were top notch. The abundance of room to dance, as well as state of the art LEDs and visual displays, along with some terrific sound systems gave me the second wind I needed to stay near closing time. The casual dress code was also welcome. Better believe that next MMW, I'll be looking to party here.
