It's convenient, shaded, and feels safe. Elevators are available as well. Just remember -- you have to pay at the kiosk before leaving, there's no payment booth at the exit. These people are scammers from Raphael the manager to the owner Himself . They rob you for 50 to say your car will be upfront and no one will drive it .....meanwhile the valet/bell boy Rick has no clue how to drive exotics and swears he does after being told not to move or drive the car , he gets in drives it a few feet scrapes the whole side of the car including rim . They totally deny everything . They are so crooked that not the hotel where the blue ribbon sushi is located . Only when the Police arrived did they give company name etc . They were strong arming me to leave . Had me talking to a rude woman who stated she was manager than rudely hung up . Than spoke a Raphael who was worse than the female poor excuse of a manager . During my visit in Miami I decided to go to the only parking garage I knew around the area and that is this one. The garage is easy to find and there is only one entrance and one exit so the only thing is that it tends to get backed up at certain times of the day. Parking is charged per hour and a flat fee later on at night during the weekends. The garage is very convenient to everything you would want to visit on Ocean Drive. The staff that works the gate is friendly and they make sure to remind you not to lose your parking ticket or you will be paying the max fee for the day, which you really do not want to do because that is unnecessary money you are spending. The hourly rate is $2 per hour with a $15-$20 weekend and event flat rate. What is great about this location is how many floors of this parking garage there are and that you will always find a spot to park. The garage is also very nicely lit and I felt safe while I was walking away from and back to my car later that evening. You can even pay your parking fees from your phone if you have a certain Miami beach parking app downloaded or from a couple kiosks at the first floor entrances, that way you do not need to wait in the line where the exit is and fumble around with your card while you are trying to leave. read more

Parking is a nightmare in South Beach and even more so when there is an event. I remember last using this garage when going to ARTECHOUSE Miami. This parking garage was a live saver while trying to find parking for the South Beach Food and Wine Festival. The garage on Collins was already filled and traffic was at a crawl when we were lucky to score one of the last spots here. Kudos to the city who had abundant friendly staff working that day. I was assisted with both getting my parking ticket and when I paid to leave. I opted to take the stairs down from the upper floor rather than ride a crowded elevator and the stairwell was actually pretty clean. The hourly rate is $2 per hour with a $15 weekend and event flat rate. They didn't even charge us the event rate. We were charged the hourly and it was a very fair $9 to park here for the duration of the festival. The garage was only a half mile from where we needed to be. This garage is very convenient to everything you would want to visit on Ocean Drive. I definitely will consider parking here the next time I go to South Beach. read more

This parking garage is very convenient to many hotels. There are other ones but obviously, check the closer ones to you first. The max on weekends is $15 and weekdays is $20 IF you don't move your car the whole timeframe. If you move your car and return it, you're paying before you leave and you're starting over when you return. Make sure you understand that. read more

I used this parking garage recently when I came to South Beach. I had to be somewhere on the 8th street so I couldn't use my typical garage since it was too far. Navigating to here was simple and parking spots were ample. The garage was well lit and clean. It did feel very safe too. The parking was cheap. I paid only a few bucks for a multiple hour visit. Getting in and out is a breeze. The location of this garage is close to many great shops, restaurants and of course, the amazing beach here in Miami. read more

Alright, I know, it's a parking garage. But for Miami Beach, $1/hr is such a steal! I couldn't believe my eyes. My friend and I parked here for Art Deco Weekend. I had assumed that parking was going to cost an arm and a leg since the beach is so touristy and I've parked on street meter section that cost around $3/hr. But no, it was a $1/hr! The parking spaces are a tad bit tight, but if you have good parking skills, you'll fit your car right in. You get a ticket when you enter the garage and then pay at the machines on first floor or at the exit when leaving. Yes, I'm gonna' do it! I'm actually gonna' give a 5-star review to a ... parking garage! I mean, did I thoroughly enjoy it? No. Who actually enjoys a parking garage?! But this garage did exactly what a parking garage is supposed to do, and it did it well. Convenient location? Check. Ample parking? Check. Handicapped parking spaces, well marked and right near the elevator? Check. Convenient and well-functioning pay kiosk? Check. Fair prices? Probably the only ones on South Beach. Heck, it was even clean! The open design allows for fresh air and good ventilation. And the landscaping even makes it somewhat inviting. Look, South Beach is over-built and over-crowded. Be very careful you pay on the first floor and when you get to the gate there is someone standing there waiting to charge you a dollar more, supposedly you took more time to get out when obviously you have 15 min to get out this is a scam because they charge one more dollar when you already paid and make you wait, please DO NOT PAY MORE avoid this garage at all cost. Today we arrived at the parking garage to park. We got a ticket then continued on to park. We went on our journey and enjoyed the scenery. When getting ready to leave we went to the machine to pay for the $20 flat parking fee. I paid the $20 with cash and continued on to leave. When pulling out the young lady assisted me with my ticket, just to tell me that I didn't pay for parking and that I needed to. I explained to her that I already paid with cash at the machine like it says on their signs. The young lady spoke to the guy from the speaking box to assist her with trying to figure out what was going on. He basically said the receipt didn't match the ticket and we did not pay for our parking. I called the police because I couldn't go anywhere and I was not going to pay $40 for my parking and for someone else as well. Over the speaking box the guy was running plates and I'm not completely sure why. An older lady stepped in to help but was rude and had a nasty attitude. We were basically getting the run around and being told that we took somebody's receipt and was trying to skip out on paying the $20 that we already paid. When the police came we talked to him and tried to explain to him what was going on and he said he was going to talk to the man on the speaking box after we were accused by him and the workers of basically stealing. After they walked away and talked for a while the officer came back over and said that south Beach parking supervisor was headed over to talk to us and handle the conversation. So we basically waited for this individual to come. A man came walking towards us and asked the officer and workers were we the people who they called him about. I asked him was he the supervisor and he said yes. He walked around my vehicle taking down my information saying nothing else or even communicating with us. In the mist of him doing that a worker came asking what kind of bill we paid for so he can go open the machine and look for it. The older lady told him it was fine and to not worry anymore because everything was being handled. The supervisor came over to us and showed me the citation he wrote me and "that was going to be my way out of the parking garage". The officer set us up and lied, so did the workers. Left my car at 11 am. Returned 4 hours later to find that someone completely ruined my entry door trying to break into my car. Tracked down a "security guard" (I use that term INCREDIBLY lightly) to inform her of what happened and ask about cameras. When i told her what happened her exact response was "well, you shouldn't have parked here". I'm sorry, I shouldn't have parked in a PARKING GARAGE?!?! What should I have done in a PARKING GARAGE??? I asked about the cameras and her exact response was "Don't Work". Found the "supervisor" and basically got the same response while a third security guard stood around doing absolutely nothing. They wouldn't even comp my parking. I am not naive and understand that there is always a risk parking your car in a major city- but I was completely flabbergasted by the response I received from the people PAID to patrol this garage.
