We started our home search mid-May and closed on 7/6. This process flew by quicker than expected which depicts how accommodating Anthony was during this process. Early on we realized that many of the houses we were interested in had accepted offers within 1-3 days of being listed. Which meant we couldn't always wait until the weekend to see homes. Therefore, Anthony made every effort to be available the same or next day to view newly listed houses to ensure we could make a timely offer. Anthony was very open to seeing multiple areas around Houston. Anyone who lives here knows how large Houston is and how it can easily take over an hour to get anywhere. Since we weren't 100% sure of which area we wanted to live in Anthony showed us homes in Katy, Jersey Village, Cypress, Sugarland and near Spring. He never complained about the distance to any of the homes and made sure we saw multiple places during each appointment window. Once we found our house, he was very good at looking at comps and determining a fair price to pay. We ended up being a few thousand under the appraised value which was great to hear. Anthony also ensured that our offer included an allowance for a home warranty paid for by the sellers. This came in handy during closing as it paid for our yearly warranty almost entirely. We've already managed to use the company for rekey and so far, we are very happy with his warranty recommendation. Lastly, if I had to provide any areas of improvement (because there's always pros and cons) I would recommend that when putting in offers on behalf of your clients, in addition to confirming the offer price (which he did) also confirm what closing date works best for them. Although it was great closing quickly, we wanted to use a home renovation conventional loan that would take a bit longer to process. Because of our short closing period we were unable to do so. This didn't detract us from buying the home, but it would have been a nice to have. Overall, I would recommend him!
