Has the unfortunate incident of a perfectly placed face down flat drop of my phone. The hard marble floor didn't care about my screen protector or case and rendered my phone useless. There were not many options, but I asked a trusted friend and was led to Mi Gadget. He didn't have my screen replacement -but after about 15 minutes on the phone, he was able to secure a replacement that needed to be shipped. Mind, you this is leading into New Years Eve, Day, etc. Not only did he get it in after a couple of days, he stayed open an extra hour when he got it in to get me all fixed up. My iPhone screen was shattered and the screen wasn't useable, I went to the MacStore first and they told me it would take 4-7 business days to get my phone screen replaced and then they grew disinterested and rude when I struggled to get my iCloud set up.
