The lunch special taco plate was really good, especially the asada and the rice. Service was good and quick. The space was small with just a few tables but clean. read more

Mi Casa - Asada (Steak) tacos - Mexican Near Me - Bloomingdale, Illinois

I ordered an Al Pastor burrito. Turned out to be a vegetarian burrito. Almost no meat, just lettuce and tomato and some beans.

They are skimpy with the meat, but they'll load you up with lettuce, tomatoes and beans. read more

Mi Casa - Burrito, skirt steak $10.99 there was hardly any meat. It was all lettuce, tomatoes and beans. I wasn't so tired I would have returned it. - Mexican Near Me - Bloomingdale, Illinois

The food is AMAZING, everything is super authentic and cooked fresh on the spot. The service is great, such nice people. The restaurant is small, there's only a few tables, but so clean and nicely decorated. Nice big and clear menu. We love this place and will continue coming often! read more

They are under new management and the prices have gone through the roof. I ordered 2 steak burritos with sour cream and it cost me $28! When I got them home and we were eating, there was very little meat in the burrito. This has been our go to place for 10 years but it's not worth it anymore. read more

Not much from the outside but welcoming inside with the employees. The menu is very aesthetically pleasing by whosever handwriting is on it. I'd say the prices were really good for what you were getting. We got 4 steak tacos with cilantro onion and avocado and one with cheese. They were super full and flacorbale. The green salsa was my favorite to add on. The chips and salsa were very good as well. I got a horchata with my meal and it was well balanced out. I will be back! read more

We stopped by with our boys, as it right next to uban air...they close at 9 we arrived at 8 which can be an inconvenience for some restaurant owners, not here we were greeted welcomed with a smile, its Family owned small but very kid friendly. Service was exceptional!! Now lets talk about the Food, simply delicious my husband got the stake, I wasn't super hungry so I opted for a chicken quesadilla the boys got tacos said they were "the best" my husband said his stake was the best he's ever had in a Mexican restaurant he loved the juiciness and the flavor it was cooked perfectly how he asked i had a bite and yesss Tender juicy flavorful. My quesadilla was perfectly melted the chicken was tender juicy flavorful as well. Everything came hot off the grill. Hands down best chips and salsa I've had in a restaurant. Don't expect ur food to come out in 5 minutes they're really Cooking back there. read more

Great owners, great flavors!! Our go-to for Street Style tacos, steak with onions and cilantro? The BEST!!

The carne azada tacos, the lengua tacos and the el pastor tacos are wonderful. The food is well seasoned and not greasy. Great customer service too. The beans and rice are delicious too. read more

Small dine in place with 4 tables. It was very clean and you have to place an order at the registry. Menu is simple to read and on the wall so don't expect a table menu. Chips and Salsa on the table as you wait. Overall the food was good. I got tacos with different type of meats including barbacoa, steak and alpastor. Not a huge fan of their barbacoa- it seemed dry. The alpastor wasn't seasoned well in my opinion. Steak was delicious. They have el milagro corn tortilla which here in this state is a HUGE plus! The rice was great, warm and freshly cooked and not hard. The burrito was nicely filled and the meat was not fatty or over greasy. read more

Food took 45 minutes for 12 tacos and didn't let friends sit because we didn't order terrible service overall and dirty

Wow. Just wow. That's all you need to know. Just go here. Avoid the tamale puerco, *bland and not much filling, the others may be better. I don't know.* But!!! The tacos trifecta (Asada, Al Pastor, & Carnitas) were amazing! 20/10, and the complimentary chips and salsa were also very tasty, good amount of crunch and citrus to the chips and the salsa. Delicious. Seriously, go. You won't regret it! read more

One of my favorite taco joints in the area. Never had a bad meal here. Always made to order.

Bookmarked for quite some time now, I'm never in this area much so a good bookmark check off is always nice when I swing by. Heading to Mario Triccoci they're bear them and worked out well, until the onions lingered for hours on my hands/breath LOL.... I ordered 3 Loma (ribeye) tacos w/lettuce/onion/cilantro/tomatoes & everything was prepared freshly and served to me hot! The cashier was very friendly and they weren't stingy with the salsa at all. My steak meat wasn't grade A it was more of a B grade, but if cooked longer and not served the color gray it would've been reminiscent of a Raymond's taco. read more

I had take out from here and the steak tacos were very delicious. Will get from here again.

The server was very nice and accommodating. The food was delicious. Our child loved the enchiladas.

Ordered the chicken taco dinner and was disappointed. The chicken they put in are bland, unflavored chunks. The rice was decent. A bit overpriced as well. read more

Ordered the steak burrito, and as you can see from the picture, there was barely any in there for $9.69! Could barely tasted the meat with all the salad filler, and beans. read more

Small joint with about 5 tables. Friendly and helpful staff. Like that the salsa was think and guac was not over-oniony. They soak their onions in lemon juice for a couple days before it is added to the guac. Ingenious!! I had the Chilaquiles Verdes with chorizo....Delicious, green salsa has a little kick but not to much. My gf had the enchiladas, 2 chicken 1 beef. I really liked their chicken, tender with a nice red marinade. read more

This is my first time at this location. We stopped at this around 7pm to order to go. The restaurant was in average size. I think most people do carry out. It was cleaned and organized. There were about 4-5 tables inside. There was no paper menu. Everything was on the big board. I got steak aka Mexicana. It was fresh and delicious. The steak was moist, tender and tasty. Fried beans and and rice were yummy. I would definitely come back in the future. read more

Fantastic Taco place out in the burbs. I am very lucky to have this place so close to my new home. I think they serve the best torta I have ever had. Thanks read more

I've been visiting many Mexican restaurants in the past and they were typically the same taste (salt, sour and spicy). This restaurant was very small and no more than 10 people can dine in at same time. However, the owner keep the tables clean, no sticky spots, no food smell at all. Most of their customers were caried out or delivery. The price was reasonable compared with other restaurants. I will come back to try their other item near future. read more

Delicious food...amazing customer service! Family owned and it is always a pleasant experience :)

Top notch tacos. Glad to have them down the street. Seems to be a family run business. Lomo tacos are my favorite

Tried to order two veggie tacos with no cheese and no cilantro. They asked me what kind of meat. Definitely not vegetarian or vegan friendly! Maybe OK for meat-lovers but not for those who prefer to eat plant-based. read more

I came in to get tacos to go. The owner was very friendly. It took a few minutes for my food but that was because they were making it fresh, which I appreciated. He gave me chips and salsa while I was waiting which was nice! For 3 tacos with cheese (.35 extra per taco) it was about $9, which is a little steep but not unfair either. The tacos were loaded with meat and there was not a lot of fatty pieces of meat! So I definitely think it was worth the price for how much meat you get and the quality. I liked the chicken a lot better than the carnitas. The carnitas just had a darker flavor but it was still good. I will definitely be back, a great to go option! They only have one or two tables so it's more of a to-go type of place. read more

My go to place for a steak burrito, chips and salsa. Would recommend for anyone looking for a local Mexican food.

Ordered a burrito because the window has BURRITOS in huge letters on it. Owner says we don't have burritos, with no explanation. His demeanor was that he was bored or hated his job. Never going back. read more

Great little place. Friendly and great service. Large menu and great hidden gem in Bloomingdale. Has only 3-4 tables but very good food.

Good food!! Service was very good. Feels like a local restaurant. I really don't like like making reviews this long.

EXCELLENT FOOD AND SERVICE! We had become lovers of taco maya.. kinda got a little burnt out on them and wanted something different. It's tucked back in a strip mall off of bloomingdale road, next to DQ. Called in an order of Chilli Relleno with beans and rice, chicken enchiladas and guacamole. The rice and beans were fantastic!!! Rice was light and fluffy! The beans were such a great texture with just enough cheese sprinkled in and full of flavor. The chilli rellenos exact words : AMAZING and the cheese in them, perfect amount! Taco maya who? Lol I got the chicken enchiladas which were delicious BUT I ended up getting their mole sauce on the side TO DIE FOR!!!! I ended up dipping my enchiladas in the mole.. LIFE CHANGING And the guacamole had such a a great texture and a tons of tomatoes/onions and cilantro.. they didn't skimp on anything! I highly suggest you give them a try! The owner was kind on the phone and when we went to pick up! We will be back read more

Yes! My new go to Mexican joint around the corner from my house! Came here off the reviews (thanks Yelp!). Boy I tell you, all the other 5 star review don't lie. This is THE SPOT. I like the "traditional" ambiance in here and the place is really clean. The owner was really friendly. They give you some complementary chips and homemade salsa if you dine in; salsa is really good. I got the chicken Quesadilla dinner. It was amazing. The chicken was seasoned well and the huge tortilla was filling. My wife got the enchilada dinner which was also really good. I can for certain say I'll be back here. read more
