The receptionist ignored me for nearly four minutes as she continued on a phone call. Fiinally she put the caller on hold and took my information in under 30 seconds, which she could have done several minutes earlier. We filled out their one-page new client form in about three minutes. The receptionist waited another six or seven minutes to remind an attorney we were there for a scheduled appointment. The attorney ignored us for another 10 minutes. After being ignored and slighted for more than 20 minutes, I retrieved our paperwork (it had our SS numbers on it) and left. They do not want new clients. They have no regard for people's time.
