Something else you need to know, Joanne does not exist, when you call the office and get in touch with her you are really talking to Laurie Mack, who by the way is very short on the phone, continues to talk over you and will not let you speak even when asking if she can let you finish a sentence. Her I don't give a shit attitude along with the need for the deception? I don't know but wish I knew how shady this law firm is before I decided to pay them any money. I called to request a copy of the accounting for the money I have paid them and got the run around from the paralegal, which during our conversation, Laurie Mack aka "Joanne" had apparently been listening in on the call and interrupted. She would not address the issue of my request for the accounting records, only offer was to setup a phone call with Attorney Stephens, which has occurred on so many occasions without any different answers and/or results. Next steps, request copies of the accounting for my case again via certified mail, request a refund, file with the State Disciplinary Board and Attorney General. Post required to rate experience with stars. I only gave 1 because there is not an option to give negative amount.
