The staff apologized multiple times for the delay. Before the appointment, I completed a detailed intake form explaining exactly why I was seeking legal advice. Since I was required to pay a $250 consultation fee upfront, I reasonably expected that information to be reviewed beforehand. Instead, one of the first questions I was asked was, "What are you here for?" As I attempted to explain my situation, Joseph repeatedly yawned and checked his phone during the consultation. I found this behavior dismissive and unprofessional. When someone is paying for your time and seeking legal guidance on an important matter, they deserve your full attention and respect. The consultation lasted less than 20 minutes, and I was told I did not appear to have a viable legal case. I understand that not every situation warrants legal action, and I would have accepted that conclusion if I felt my concerns had been carefully considered. Instead, I left with the impression that the consultation was rushed and that very little effort had been made to understand my circumstances.
