This was my first experience under the gun, and the staff there was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. The woman at the front desk (I didn't get her name, sadly,) spent a long time talking about placement with me, transferring my design to paper in different sizes and laying them out on my arm to see where they would fit best, how to get the best layout for what I wanted, etc. Because my work was rather simple, I was able to meet with an artist named Lisa immediately and discuss the process further and review some of my options. (Side note - I had already been to another tattoo place in town that morning, and I just hadn't liked the vibe of the place. I'm sure there's nothing wrong with the other shop, as they've got a great reputation. It just wasn't a good fit for for me, and I wanted to make sure I was in good hands for a major step like this one.) Lisa was available to do the tattoo right then, and the entire appointment took just under an hour. I am terrified of needles, so I had anticipated having someone sit on my chest to get me through the ordeal. Not only didn't it hurt, it wasn't even vaguely uncomfortable; I was actually disappointed when the whole thing was over. I'm sure a large part of this was due in fact to Lisa's skill with the gun as well as her ability to keep me talking while the tattoo was being done. I'm an English teacher, and we probably spent 90% of our time together talking about short stories that we love. In all, I could not have had a better experience. Whether you're an experienced veteran of the tattooing process or someone who is thinking about getting their first, Body Graphics is the place to be.

He prefers not to talk which is okay in my book because I don't like talking while I am getting inked. He puts on a movie as a distraction which is also very helpful for me to forget the pain that I have endure for a trypanophobic like myself. Plus, the guy was very supportive when I had the urge of passing out at one point. I honesty think it was really worth the almost $500 for the ink job he done. I've even tipped him for just being simply the best. Will be coming back for more!

My best friend and I went in for best friend tattoos. The shop is super clean with a great vibe. Wonderful natural lighting and so many beautiful plants to purify the air; bring nature into the shop. Very organized and tidy shop. Sterile technique is used. Very easy to book and Diana makes sure you're comfortable and your tattoo is exactly what you want. I had a tattoo done early in the summer at the edge tattoo in south windsor by a guy named Kevin who completely messed my tattoo it looked terrible. I was so embarrassed to even show it. It was my first tattoo so i did not do all my research like i should have. So having a messed up tattoo was partly my fault for not looking into it first. Long story short after much looking and researching i found ironically a guy named Kevin at guideline tattoo that assured me that he could fix it and make my tatt look so much better. It took me a while to actually go back and get it fixed i was so scared that i would end up with a messed up tattoo after this there was no turning back it would have to stay like what ever it ended up looking like. Well i am so happy to say wow I ended up with such a good tattoo Kevin was so nice and willing to work with me to make me happy with my tattoo. I let him know this was going to be my only tatt i was not going to get anymore! He honestly worked so hard on it to make it look like what i wanted it to look like. I know it is not easy to fix up someones tattoo specially when it is so messed up. I finally love my tattoo and it is not even finished yet i still have to go back and have him put the color on. I would also like to inform everyone that the tattoo that i had before many tattoo artists did not even want to fix it. They just told me to cover it up with something different, others told me that they could try to fix it but the face could never be fixed because it was already so messed up. I first met with Diego who did my first cover up and then came back for some more work over the next couple of days. I met with Erich who had some creative ideas for my coverups when most people prior had told me I would be stuck with the original ink, he didnt think that surrender was an option. The staff here is very friendly and take the time to get to know you and want the best work done to your satisfaction. I had some work done on the arches of my foot and they wore out a little but Diego said if ever back in the neighborhood he would retouch up the work for free. I recently returned again and took him up on his offer and he did the retouch for me as promised. Highly reccomend these guys and they are always available to accomodate your time slots to get the job done.
