We recently had a service call and the guy who came out and made it all better was Tim Nash - as in Nash Gas. The second generation owner - totally professional and knowledgable, but also knew us - knew me and my wife, our house, our layout, and our dog Blue. You can't get that from the big providers. I've also compared their prices against bigger providers - absolutely in line. My family is proud to be getting great service and value while supporting a local family business.

Upon rental from Oklahoma the agent could not locate this agent at 1717 N Belt Hwy. Checked in on Monday and have one month rent free. Upon arrival at the store(shaggy) the employee on duty looked like he had just smoked a cheech & Chong joint. Anyway I get to the unit there is one of THEIR fuckin padlocks on the door on an outside unit. I went back to the office AGAIN and shaggy called another employee, who actually said SHE had to take HER kids to school and would have to WAIT 30 minutes before they come unlock this unit!!!! Totally unacceptable and poor customer service!!!! Customer beware of this agent !!!!!!

I've price checked the cost of gas a couple times in the past but finally gave up years ago, because Brad always had everyone beat. You can pre-pay for your gas on a contract, or you can roll the dice and pay as you go (and hope there's not a shortage in December driving prices up). We buy ours every summer/fall for the winter to lock in the price. One year someone drove over the top of our underground tank and broke the plastic "hatch". Brad was out here within a week with a used hatch he'd come up with somewhere and rather than digging completely down to the tank to bolt it on, was able to cut the old one out and install the new one in a way that doesn't leak water, and saved me a ton of money (and him a ton of work!). They're always johnny on the spot with fills; we try not to let our tank get below 30% so that we can give them flexibility but if you've got an emergency or run out of gas, they'll be there immediately (emergency charges apply obviously, but they're not unreasonable). Just a great company to deal with every time I've interacted with them, and they've got the cheapest price on gas anytime I've ever checked around. Even if they didn't I'd likely keep using them because they're a small family company rather than a conglomerate. When the owner of the company gives you his cell phone number for emergencies, you know you're going to be well taken care of!

The BEST part is being held hostage by the installer all day on a weekend- ALL DAY- saying hes coming at 8;00 am - then 10, then 12 then a little later then stop returning your calls or messages. We were supposed to receive an email link to rate the delivery service, which I never received. It may have gone to my husband's email? Anyway, Noel and Yerlin were the young men that delivered the freezer. They removed, cleaned up and took all the bulky packing materials so I would not have to deal with it. They made sure the freezer worked when plugged in. They removed all the tape from the door, and gave me the keys and owners manual before leaving. This attention to detail was particularly meaningful to me, as I am elderly and had recent surgery and would have been unable to do the things these young men did, especially managing the oversized cardboard. In my opinion, these gentlemen went above and beyond. Our expectations were exceeded with both the product and the delivery.
