After a disastrous job that another company left damaged & unfinished Paul came promptly to assess the problem, then moved forward with the repair process quickly and professionally. His knowledge and experience show in his workmanship. He took my beautiful Brazilian teak flooring that IPE Hardwood Floors destroyed and restored them beautifully, just look at the side by side pics. What shines even better than my floors is his team, not only hardworking, and skilled but friendly, personable and respectful of my home. Paulie not only does floors (instillation, refinishing, and carpet cleaning) but steam cleaning as well. He is coming back to clean two chairs I picked up at the thrift store. I cannot recommend Paul enough he not only restored my floors but my faith in contractors as a whole.

They regularly do my tailoring- I've had sleeves taken up, pants and suit jackets taken in and hems. My wife has used them to shorten dresses. We have always been pleased. They also do a great job of cleaning and shaving sweaters... when sweaters get fuzzy/pills, they can make the sweater look like new for like 5 bucks. I cannot speak highly enough about this place. If I ever move out of the neighborhood, I would drive out of my way just to go to this place.

The lady asked me if I had cash, and I explained that I only had my credit card. Before this, I was never told that I needed to pay in cash, and there are no signs anywhere that explain a cash policy. She then said that if I didn't bring cash next time, she would not serve me and complained loudly about how I always paid with my credit card. As a frequent customer, I expected much better treatment from this business, but instead I was berated. Going to find a new dry cleaner moving forward.

Tops, cleaners and the owners are amazing. We came in for a wedding and had over 11 dresses and…read moresuits that needed to be pressed. When I called around and asked cleaners, if they would be able to guarantee the delivery in time for the wedding that weekend, Tops stood a part in a good way. They asked me detailed questions and encouraged me to drop them off within the next few hours. When I met the owners they took great care to inspect all the garments to make sure they were ready for the wedding with just a pressing. Their turnaround was fast. I was guaranteed pick up by 5 PM the day before the wedding. But they called me a day before and told me they had received them in early. When I pulled up and walked in all of the clothes were neatly arranged for my inspection. This is the type of small business that will last. I wish the owners well and encourage you to frequent their store.
