When I walked in, I saw a gentleman wearing a shirt with their logo sitting at a table by the front counter. Although he appeared to be on his break, I asked if he could help me and without hesitation, he pulled out a menu and explained the dishes and what I could expect. He helped me customize the order perfectly for our group. He was knowledgeable, informative, honest, and incredibly helpful. He got the quantities just right - we had very little left over, but enough for the night crew to have a snack. The order was even loaded into my car. I did not have to lift a finger. The "Chicken Shawarma" consisted of mediocre generic chicken which clearly never saw a proper spit, and likely never saw anything resembling a marinade of spices like cumin cardamon paprika and other authentic "Middle Eastern" spices.
