What makes separates this cart from many other carts is the way they prepare their chicken. They cook their chicken on the grill about 70-80 percent for the charred smoky flavor which elevates the taste of the marinade and spices that they use for the chicken. My only complaint is the inconsistency. Depending on the day, the chicken can sometimes be slightly overcooked and lacking some seasoning. However, for the most part this cart is pretty solid.
